We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is very cute with the rooms in small "houses" scattered around the inner garden. Tilcara is not very big so the hotel is within walking distance from everything however be aware it is up a relatively steep road so when you walk up, take it easy because the altitude can make you tired quickly. The rooms were relatively small with the beds taking up most of the space but it was fine for us. The breakfast was good with orange juice, tea/coffee, media lunas, bread with jam and dulce de leche offered.

There was free WiFi but the internet connection was slow and dropped out sometimes (the WiFi signal was strong but the internet was slow). The window in our bathroom wouldn't close but there was a mosquito net which didn't have any holes so it was fine.

We really enjoy the patio and seating under the big tree. I was traveling alone with my two kids they had plenty of space to run around! Is a 10 min walk downhill to go downtown but is a pretty easy hike. My kids 4 & 2 were able to climb up without a problem. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place with a nice view.

Very welcoming and beautiful atmosphere. A little bit up the hill so you have a beautiful view at the surrounding mountains! Would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone who is in the area.

The cabins were very comfortable, relaxing and tastefully furnished. The gardens were pretty and well looked after. It was quiet and peaceful. An oasis to return to after the excitement of Carnaval. The views were totally stunning and well worth walking up the hill for. Delicious fruit salad for breakfast. The manager was warm and very helpful. A wonderful place to stay.
