Our stay was perfect. We had a very warm welcome from them. Everyone is kind . The room has everything you need: a refrigerator, an air conditioner, a hair dryer, a very comfortable bed and a nice balcony with a view of the sea. Housekeeping is done daily. There is also a large parking lot. You can park your quad without any worries: no theft in the Island and on the beach. Thanks you again :)

Close to beaches but not without car

The beds are like concrete!! No hot water in the morning. The ac was very poor. The breakfast is very small( wanted a salad got a face from the manager “what salad?” - eat there only once)- booking offers us a complimentary breakfast, but the manager and his son make us pay and we did. wanted to Change rooms because the air conditioning in the first room was not working. Ordered someone to check. The manager came yelling and did an act as if it was cold while we were sweating.. after contacting booking the place offered to change the room. Changed the room but the beds were also hard as a rock. After there was no hot water I came to the manager and ask if he could check it he said everything is ok, checked again no hot water, came to him to tell him and than his son started yelling at me for complaining in front of all the guests. What a humiliation!!! Than the manager said I have to wait half an hour. Had hot water only after an hour. No one was cleaning the room for a week only changed towels and toilet paper. The dishes were dirty and smelling in the sink for three days and eventually we did the dishes by ourselves. Be aware the rooms in the pictures are very different than the old room we first got. Plus the manger is rude yelling and doesn’t understand almost any english. We’ve been written to booking service but didn’t get any reply yet. Don’t advise you to book there!!!

Johannes and his family were very welcoming. The pool area, bar area and gardens were very nice. The room that we stopped in looked like it had recently been refurbished and the bathroom was very nice by Greek standards. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Our stay there was very quiet and we weren't disturbed by any other guests whilst we were there..

The general location of the apartments would not be ideal for those without a car, there is a large supermarket right next door, but other than that there isn't very much going on in the immediate area. The beach would be a good 10-15 minutes walk at the very least. The pool was very cold which was quite disappointing as I do enjoy swimming every day when on holiday, which unfortunately I didn't end up doing because it was so cold. The 'living area' was quite uncomfortable as the only seating in there other than the dining room chairs were 2 x single beds, which were not ideal to sit on as they were on wheels! The TV in that room also did not work. We ended up having to relax/watch TV in the bedroom most of the time which was quite annoying as the reason we choose apartments rather than hotels is because we like to have an additional space other than the bedroom to relax in. There was also a shortage of usable plug sockets in the bedroom, it was quite challenging for my partner to use the mirror when doing her hair as there were no sockets nearby for the hairdryer and straighteners.

Everything about this place was stunning. Great hosts, couldn’t have been more helpful and kind to us during the stay.

Friendliness of owner and staff, super comfy beds, location great for getting around the island. Pool area lovely. Supermarket next door to buy food.

Nothing really. Just the view from our balcony to one side was a supermarket and there were lots of pallets stacked there so not the most attractive .

rooms were excellent, staff was friendly and very hospitable and it has the perfect location in between the rhodes center and famous beaches, approximately with the same distance to must-see spots.
