very nice welcoming hotel, easy to get too and park. great facility for children in evening , we really enjoyed spa facilities which were excellent very clean. staff were very friendly spoke English and polish which was helpful for us.

Kindness of the staff. Receptionist’s were so nice and kind to us, we wanted to have a massage at the last day of our stay and they allow us to have late check out without extra charges. Thematic evenings are exceptional as well as breakfast with the piano. Staff in the restaurant was as well kind and really nice to us. Food was delicious too and the deserts were like true favorite cakes from grandmother. Pets are allowed as well thats nice. That wellness is piece of heaven on earth💜. We liked that there were kept kids out from wellness no screaming, no distractions just relax please keep that set up.

Amazing hotel, extremely lovely staff and exceptional breakfast and dinner. One of the best hotels in Slovakia by a huge margin. Worth to experience the spa.

The spa of the hotel is of high quality, the location is near the tree tops park, breakfast and dinner are very good.

We stayed for two days and the hotel staff did not care to change towels and robes.

Already some time has past after our visit in this beautiful hotel, but we still remember the great experience. I do not know, why it is only 4star hotel, because I would give it 5 stars! Everything! This place feels like home yet is very well runned. They have everything you need in order to have a perfect stay. And the spa facilities are beyond great. Special thank you to the masseuse who organised an essential oil ceremony with music right inside of their amazing finish sauna. It was just wow! Also we loved our nanny Dasha and the kids club and we’re able to decompress since the kids were occupied all the time. Extra bonus - an amazing hiking area and the ski lift that takes you to tons of activities up the mountain

Perfect stay with my fiancé! iI’s our second time coming to the hotel and we will definitely visit again in the future. The hotel looks modern with a nice Slovakian folk theme. plus is the Terrific pool and spa Which we enjoyed everyday of our stay.

the playlist in the spa is mostly break-up songs. not bad but maybe change the playlist now and then.

Staff was very friendly, facility of Hotel was amazing, style of hotel was very homely and natural. We felt very comfortable and nice. food was lovely and tasty. Absolutely amazing SPA. We love it.

We cant said anything negative, just once when wasn't enough residents in hotel, staff was quit relax. but just for while. after they catch speed and all was good. One of receptionist was quit speed up and hurry, will be nicer if she will be more friendly about question answers. the rest of staff was brilliant

We wanted an escape from city and to spend a weekend in mountains while enjoying all the comfort of cozy rooms, great food and high-end services. We did get all of that and surprisingly more as the first night we signed up for a rum tasting - an unexpected, but a delicious, interesting and also educational adventure. We even met with the hotel owner, who got us a round of rum! It feels like a warm, inviting family run place, while being a 4 star hotel with posh restaurant, spa and all that. Moreover what we really appreciated was the uniqueness of place, which does not copy vienna or prague hotels, the the interior is decorated with classic Slovak motives playing on the classic and rustical elements with luxury finish - combined with the local music being played around and views on sheeps and mountains we did feel like in Slovakia and that's exactly what we came for. The nature and the environment is breathtaking. Even though it was raining the whole weekend it did not spoil our trip. You enjoy coziness of your beautiful room even more when you drink hot tea while watching horses in a valley submerged in fog - breathtaking. We enjoyed swimming in a pool and hot saunas and once the sun came out for a bit we took a cabin up to a mountain and had a walk through tree tops. Recommending taking binoculars if you have some. We also got to see display of local mountain birds and got really nice hand made wood souvenirs at the exit of the cable cabin. It was a really easy-going, comfortable and enjoyable weekend where we indulged ourselved, relaxed and re-charged with mountain air. Thanks to all amazing staff of the hotel! 10/10 recommending this place!

We are a cocktail drinkers so we found a choice of only g&t and aperol spritz quite limiting. For dinners - we could always choose between restaurant and buffet food - both were exquisite, but the Sunday evening buffet choice was quite small. That's really all we can think of - it's really hard to thinkg of any negatives from our stay.
