La gentillesse du personnel, les chambres confortables et surtout le petit déjeuner gargantuesque avec des produits faits maison. Le restaurant est l’un des meilleurs de l’île également.

Buona organizzazione di tour e di noleggio dune buggy.
Camera superior molto piccola (non sono lontanamente 30 metri quadri nemmeno con bagno e terrazzo).
Non c’è spazio per bagagli, 1 solo comodino, luci orrende, bagno minuscolo e vecchio.
Pulizia della camera approssimativa.
Terrazzo che da sul parcheggio (no privacy).
Ristorante non buono e costoso con musica fortissima dalla mattina alla sera.
WI-FI che si disconnette e necessita sempre di rifare accesso con password.
Camera molto costosa per quello che è (corrispettivo di una vecchia cameretta a 2 stelle da 70€).
Salita per andare in centro veramente disagevole (200 metri di sassi scivolosi)

Do atendimento por parte dos funcionários. Todos alegres, educados e solicitos. Faziam tudo para nos sentirmos bem e a vontade. O restaurante da pousada também é muito bom!
Não ter serviço de praia. Apesar de fornecerem cadeiras e guarde-sol, precisávamos levar todo equipamento sozinhos.

Amazing staff, huge props to Emanuel and Clarice, they were amazing!
The coffee is pretty good for an island, with a great variety! Kudos to the kitchen, they made one of the best tapiocas and cookies I've ever had!
The restaurant itself has incredible food, the best on the island actually, there was almost no reason to visit a different restaurant. The Tuna tartare is probably the best starter in the menu!

The breakfast was incredible and the location was PERFECT! We loved every single thing about this place. The employees are all incredibly nice. We will be back FOR SURE!

The staff, the location, the price.
The wifi and cell coverage. it’s virtually nonexistent on the property. It’s like that in all of Noronha but I was hoping that the hotel would take some measures to improve at least the wifi coverage and speeds.

The best thing about Pousada do Vale is the people that works there! They are the nicest, friendly people ever. The location is great. You are 5 min or less walk to the restaurants and shopping, 10 min or less to the beach. We rented a mini Buggy during our stay so we could go see the entire island and it was totally worth it.
the restaurant in the hotel is exceptional! You don’t want to miss the afternoon tea with the best cakes in the vila as well. if you have a chance, dine in there as well at least one day. We wish we had eaten there more days that we did! it’s delicious!

Great stay in FDN! the staff is extremely friendly, helped us book all the trips, made all arrangements and were always kind and welcoming. place is very green, full of plants, local fruit trees etc. close the 'main' area, nice bars and beach

Beautiful gardens, pool, and daybeds The restaurant is world class and is certainly one of the highlights of being here. Delicious meals with large portions.
Internet was very bad. Apparently all over the island, but for what we were paying to stay here I found it very disappointing.

A property like this should decide if they focus on families with children or singles/couples, both is difficult to manage.
