During the check out, I was assessed the breakfast and tax (?) fee, for around 8 eur and unknown cents. I had asked for a receipt showing the add on costs (so I can be reimbursed). I was not given such a receipt, only the cost of my one night stay.

It's amazing. The location is nice. We can just walk to REWE on foot. The room is a little bit old style, but it was very clean. And for the price, it's reasonable. The What very impressed us was the breakfast. It was more than enough choices. We were there at 8 a.m. and we saw the staffs filled up the food every 5 mins. You have a coffee machine, which you can get some hot drinks 24 hours for free in the lobby.

It was just ok. Needs a little cleaning up. All hotels we stayed at had a refrigerator and most had a safe and a nice sitting area. The staff were friendly and breakfast was ok. The pictures on booking.com and comments were not what I expected to see.

Everything except that there was not air conditioning and it was too hot in the room. All rest was excellent. The breakfast had gluten-free bread which was great. Thank you

Room and access was very enjoyable. The atmosphere in the evening hours was very pleasant with access to cost-free Coffee and Tea. Availability of Beer and Soft Drinks was very welcoming. Breakfast is very pleasant and very well-priced.

Parking might be the only improvement. Spaces were available in the basement, but quickly filled. Spaces were available street-side.

Friendly staff. Good room size. Facilities are ok, maybe a bit outdated, but this was not really an issue. Good breakfast and perfectly working airco!

Some facilities would benefit some maintenance. For example, the window in our room was defected and could not be closed. We reported the issue to the reception and they offered to book another hotel for us (apparently no other rooms were available - the hotel was fully booked), but we preferred to stay there anyway since we were tired and we really needed to rest.

We were travelling with baby, so the other guests and cleaning staff did bother us with noise sometimes. Not too bad, but still... Beware that the location is somewhat off the grid, which didn't bother us

The staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast was wonderful. The coffee machine in the Lobby and breakfast room were great.
