The location was great, the hotel was well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect - close to the romantic zone and beautiful walks. The breakfast was very nice - helpful to have that start to the day.

It would have been nice to have enough towels so as to have a pool towel and an in room towel. Also the wifi was not great. More comfortable pillows.

The hotel was clean and friendly and well located. The pool and beach were especially nice.

The hotel did not ensure the no smoking policy. We complained numerous times about people smoking but the hotel was not able to stop or police it. Talking with other guests, we soon learned that it was a problem for other guests as well.. Too bad..an otherwise very pleasant stay.

The included breakfast was lacking. 80 grams of cantaloupe and 2 pieces of dry toast is not enough for most people. If that's all you can offer, put a coffee machine, a juice dispenser and a toaster out and let people serve themselves. At least we wouldn't have the long wait for service and your staff wouldn't be run off their feet.

Edgar the waiter in the restaurant was very pleasant, hard working and ran his feet off to give exceptional service. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the food was good.

I did not like the fact that people placed towels on lounge chairs by the pool and we were unable to have a chair by the pool the entire week. People had towels on chairs before breakfast and during lunch and did NOT use their chair till late afternoon. I spoke with the front desk and nothing was done even though there was a sign stating you are not to hold chairs. For this reason i will NOT return to this hotel. Most staff were pleasant other than Marlene the waitress. She never cracked a smile the entire week and had poor service.

Location was great, close to everything, bank, supermarket, shops, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.

When we booked it stated that it had the breakfast included on the package but actually what the hotel offers you is what they call a "light fixed menu breakfast" for which the give you coupons for each day of your stay (a cup of coffee, a little glass of orange juice, two little pieces of bread toast and four little pieces of cantaloupe). We expected something else so we didn't sponsor the restaurant at all. We ate elsewhere, there are plenty of options close by.

was seated 10 min ordered coffee waited 10 minutes for spoon to stir it ; presented breakfast coupon ; which took another 15 minutes to serve.. Meanwhile patron sat down after us ordered pancakes and bacon seas eating it before our free American meal was served . All customers not treated the same. we still left a good tip for poor under staffed service . Front desk staff not overly friendly. Our room 242 was lovely.

Clean, great location. It's perfect if you are staying for a couple of days...
