Amazing ambience. Very good breakfast. Beds are large and comfortable.

The room had some unpleasant smell of old things. We were accommodated in a room with no inside bathroom despite our tariff election included one. It was not a problem because hotel was not full and we were in a separate and more private part of the hotel.

Humidity in the room, cold ambiance/staff (this doesn’t apply to the blond lady who was very welcoming and nice). I asked for a massage (as they claim to be a spa) never had any follow up on my request. Breakfast has many options but not extraordinary and only first (small) coffee is free. There is a little salon with a fireplace where it would be nice to relax with a tea/coffee but they set the fire off at 10:30 sharp. Great potential but the room I got needs improvement, especially bathroom.

The room was a little moist and smelled from that. The owner should check for the reason and fix it!

the young lady receptionist, was unfriendly. the only thing that I noticed, the room was cold, since it was the beginning of fall. I was cold. the beds do have heating blankets, one side did not work. heaters in the room would be great.

location -On a noisy road, and above a bar with live music till late. very hard to sleep!

We loved the garden oasis. We had the best breakfast of our trip at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly. Close to lots of downtown sites.

While it was close to lots of downtown locations, it was rather far from the beach (30+ minutes of uncomfortable roads for walking). Using Uber got us to the beach easily enough.

Staff was delightful with their welcome and warm attention. Interiors and decors of their Hotel is a little gem in the heart of La Serena few steps from the central Plaza de Armas. La Serena is an authentic surprise with its charme of a relaxed town with its beautiful lighthouse looking at the majestic views of Ocean Pacific.

Well located hotel with lovely big rooms, very comfortable beds. There was a beautiful garden and the decor was charming with lots of local touches. Delicious breakfast, all home made served and cooked by a lovely lady who spoke very good English and told us lots about the locality.

The hotel was really quirky - we loved the room and the outdoor spaces though the weather didn't really allow us to use the lovely little nooks that were set up for outside use. The staff were really friendly and helpful - we only have very basic Spanish but that was not a problem. The breakfast was lovely and it was no problem to borrow a hairdryer when I asked.

It was a little cold but there was an electric blanket on the bed so that kept us warmed up. Also the front door was locked so we had to ring to get in each time.

I tried booking like 3-4 places in La Serena that could accommodate my 3:30am arrival time and none were able to except Terra Diaguita. I really appreciated the flexibility. The actual property is so gorgeous and they have a fireplace in the breakfast room which was so great because I was traveling in the winter. Breakfast was really nice. Gorgeous room.

I wish the person who helped me with my check in had helped me with my bag. It was close to 4am and I was exhausted.

Our room had a wall with humidity stains. The private bathroom had water leaked in the toilet, making a constant sound. We told the manager but there was no solution. There's no real coffee at breakfast, though there is a deceiving photo showing one, but it was only instantaneous coffee served (as single sachets even)
