Cozy Waterfront Condo – family friendly – Sleeps 6
Notre condo est situé le long du ruisseau Jenks en face de la voie navigable intercostal. Il a une vue magnifique sur l'eau, les couchers de soleil et l'observation des oiseaux depuis notre porche couvert et à quelques pas de la plage.
Le condo est équipé d’Internet haut débit, de la télévision par câble et de la télévision intelligente. Il y a 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain. La chambre principale a un lit king size et une salle de bain privée. La deuxième chambre a deux lits queen size et la troisième chambre a un lit double.
La cuisine a des appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris un lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes; comptoirs en granit et vient avec beaucoup de plats, casseroles et poêles, ustensiles, mixeur pour faire vos propres repas. Si vous n’êtes pas d'humeur à cuisiner, vous pourrez profiter de plusieurs excellents restaurants sur l'île!
D'autres équipements incluent une laveuse et une sécheuse, un clavier, une douche extérieure et une armoire pour propriétaires au rez-de-chaussée avec 2 vélos de taille adulte, quelques chaises de plage, des raquettes de tennis, etc.

Il y a trois piscines; on est Oceanside, et des courts de tennis pour les invités puissent en profiter.

Ocean Isle Beach (OIB) propose des séries de concerts d'été les vendredis soirs et des services religieux en bord de mer le dimanche matin pendant l'été. L’OIB propose des embarcadères pour la pêche et des locations de pêche, un minigolf, un musée, de petites salles de jeux électroniques. C’est à 15 minutes en voiture de Calabash, célèbre dans le monde entier, à 30 minutes du Myrtle Nord; deux endroits à visiter Il y a plusieurs terrains de golf de 18 trous dans les environs immédiats.

This was our 2nd time here. Very Clean, very comfortable and very quiet, which is very important to us.
No pets, no smoking also very important to us.
Judy is great. She was always a text away, but didn't micro manage.
The view and serenity of the area are unmatched.
We honestly can't think of one negative or "con" about this place.
Over all, after a summer of very hectic schedules, it's always SO nice to come have some peace and quiet us time! Thanks again Judy for a wonderful place!

Our grandson went fishing in front of the condo. He went to the pool to swim. We took our morning walks on the beach. We waited for the turtles to hatch but didn’t see them. He reeled in a couple fish from the ocean. Had a blast with other kids. Definitely a return visit in the future ❤️

The view of the creek from the porch was beautiful! Tucked in the corner made for a very quiet, peaceful location. Definitely would recommend it to others.

’ve been staying here with family for more than a few years in a row for a week in the summer. It’s been wonderful. We love the location and condo. It’s peaceful and quiet. Love the view of the water from the front to the back. Thanks for letting us enjoy it.

We did not have the usual wonderful weather this year, but we still had a great time! While we didn’t spend as much time at the beach, we enjoyed shopping at the OIB Memorial Day Market, shopping at the Sunset Beach Summer Market, eating breakfast at Causeway 59, dining in Calabash, and watching all of the wildlife and creek views from the deck. We have been coming to OIB for many years, and it is one of our favorite places! We have rented from Judy for the last several years, and her condo is perfect for us! We love OIB and this property!

We had a wonderful stay. Only disappointment was the outdoor furniture. Only one rocking chair and it was tethered to the railing so I could not turn in around to enjoy the view.

What a wonderful trip! Judith was so great to work with and so accommodating. The room was fantastic…just as it is pictured. Everything you need is there and so convenient to the pool, ocean and many amenities. Our family made memories that will last a lifetime!

My family and I spent the week at this lovely condo to celebrate my daughter's 4th birthday. It was the perfect size, well appointed, clean, and in a great location! The views out both the front and back are beautiful, and the amenities are very nice. It's not a long walk to the beach, and a nice walk along the boardwalk next to Jinks Creek. Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay! Would definitely recommend to others.

Our family has stayed at Starboard for years but this is the first time we rented this condo and we loved it!! The view is beautiful and the updates in the condo are so nice! We hope to stay hear many more times. Thanks to the owners for a wonderful week.

Wonderful unit!
This unit is at the end of the complex which was very quiet and beautiful water views! Beds were very comfortable and all the necessary amenities are in the kitchen! Definitely would stay here again!

Great stay
Very clean and lovely condo on the intercoastal waterway side of OIB. Short walk to the pool and not too far to the beach. I enjoyed sitting on the deck outside to watch the sunrise each morning while having my coffee. This unit was perfect for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children, ages 5 and 2). We hope to book again next summer!

Our Favorite Cozy Creekside Condo
We’ve rented this property many, many times, and we’ve always had a wonderful experience. Judy is the BEST! We love Ocean Isle Beach, and we love staying at this Starboard condo. We stayed at a few other Starboard condos a long time ago, but this one is by far our favorite. We love watching the birds, sea life, and sunsets on the creek from the deck, and it is just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We try to visit at least once each year! We will definitely be back again!

Total relaxation
This property was on Jinks Creek overlooking a marsh and away from the main part of the island - exactly what we were looking for. We watched the sunrise and sunset from the deck and had our morning coffee there daily. The marsh was a good birding site - lots of interesting species to look at up close. We are already talking about a return visit.

Family Trip
Very nice condo. It would have been a little bit of a walk to the beach, but we rented a golf cart which worked nicely. Fishing in the creek was a lot of fun and the view at sunset was great. Had a great time.

Beautiful condo!
We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks and it was perfect! We have never rented somewhere so clean! It was meticulous! Morning coffee on the sound was the best way to start the day! Close to the beach and pools! Highly recommended! Can’t wait to stay here again!!

Enjoyed Our Stay
I am a rocking chair person, so when we walked up the stairs to the cozy porch, two sea blue rocking chairs greeted us. We spent mornings drinking coffee and afternoons sharing family memories on that porch all while watching the water come in and out of the marsh or watching the sun set. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very equipped for meals. The downstairs closet was nice to have for beach chairs and fishing poles, especially since the men enjoyed fishing off the deck directly behind the condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Ideal Place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great layout. We especially enjoyed the porch and the view of the sound. The area is very quiet and relaxing. The condo has access to a pool and easy beach access (you could walk or there is a public access with parking close by). We definitely want to stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The creek provided a lovely view and the walk to the beach was easy. The pool and tennis court were also easy to access. It was so helpful to have some chairs and other items available in the storage so we didn't have to pack everything. The only issue we had was that it was very difficult to read the building numbers as we arrived when it was dark and rainy. We had to pull the flashlight out of the glove box but we made it work.

WONDERFUL beach trip
Judy is the awesome owner of an awesome condo. Roomy inside and an amazing back deck for chilling. Beautiful views, short walk to beach, great places to eat. Maria’s Pizzeria and Mavericks Point were my faves. And lots of thrift stores to satisfy my need to discover a bargain.

Absolutely Wonderful
First time here, but definitely not the last. The condo was in pristine condition. From the kitchen sink to the bathroom floors, every inch was immaculately clean. The general area of the condo was very clean and VERY quiet. We had our own private parking space with quick access to the stairs leading up to our first floor Condo. We never met Judy, but knew she was one call or text away. I could go on and on. If you are like us and don't want loud obnoxious neighbors, all night parties next door, worrying about the neighborhood you're in or the place smelling like a wet dog...spend the extra money and stay here, which by the way, for the money, you won't find a better place. without any reservation in saying, we highly recommend this place to you!
