Everything else was good!
One of the staff was really rude. Every morning that person would go around the hall in hotel and shout around 6:30 AM - 7:00 AM and wake me up. Didn't want to provide 100% service because I don't speak Italian. (What that person said to me)!

location is amazing for Milan. Swiss and lake coming and Lugano! amazing little restaurant as well

Parking was good. Breakfast was OK
No nearby restaurants. Really nothing in the area to walk to. About 15 miles to Como.

It was passable for staying a single night in the region on the way further south, Price was acceptable compared to the alternatives.
Breakfast was poor. Everything looks a bit run-down, the premise could use some renovation.

Manager just grunted at us .seemed like hes not happy doing his job. Made us feel like we were bothering him when we went to check in and then order a coffee

Common hostel.
Close to Swiss border with nice pizzeria you can reach within a few minutes by feet.
Staff not able to communicate in English or German, just Italian
Nothing fresh for breakfast, no fruit, vegetables..just prepackaged bread and Cookies together with coffee
Room with not working AC. No help from staff to solve this. Very very hot at night inside the room

Perfect place to stop over, we were on the way to Tuscany, Italy. Good value for money. there is a pizzeria and playground close by;
Not welcoming reception, breakfast was depressing.
