Friendly happy staff, breakfast lovely fresh tasting food. Plenty of it and good coffee. Location was great for Christmas markets

Our room was in first floor and all the noise from Party street comes to our room.

The room was clean, location is in the old town city centre in front of the bars.

The space was very clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

- my room was very quiet at night. I know my friend told me there was some noise in their room until 3am, but at least for me I really could sleep very well - location close to many bars and restaurants, close to the river as well - AC is working very well and is very quiet

- i had a leg injury and it's hard to go upstairs. There is no elevator - room was good but could be improved slightly: the shower was leaking water, the TV in the room has no purpose, only takes up space

Great location & value for money

There was air-conditioning in the room and the weather was realy hot that day. Hair dryer, coffee and water available in the bedroom. Sweets for guest were an extra touch. Cosy feel and being in the heart of Duesseldorf it was very quiet.

Soft pillow

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I arrived earlier than expected and was delighted when I was able to access my room straight away. Although it’s on a busy street, I slept soundly all night with no interruptions. Delicious breakfast also!

All good, staff were easy to talk with and very helpful, best location for staying and moving around the Altstadt and very near U-Bahn.

Central location. Large very clean room. Really good selection at breakfast. My room was at the back so very quiet. My colleague was at the front but the double glazing was good and he wasn't disturbed by the noise.

There are no staff on hand from 6pm and no number in case of emergency. The stairs are steep in places.

Every detail is thoughtful and exquisite.
