We had a couples weekend where we wanted to do some boating, watch football, hot tub in the mornings and this met all those needs! Plenty of space, minutes from marinas, and overall would rent again! Thank you for sharing your home!

The outdoor space is perfect. We spent the majority of our time outside even when it was raining. There's a nice lounge area with a TV and a nice big table to gather everyone around. On the 2nd floor there are many outdoor activities for the kids.
This home is equipped with a full kitchen. We enjoyed having 2 refrigerators. We would recommend adding a Blackstone to the outdoor space. This was an item we missed having at the lake. A Blackstone grill is great for cooking breakfast and Hibachi outside.
The property manager was very responsive. So much better than our experience at a different property last year.
We struggled a little bit navigating the boat into the dock because the house /dock is in an open channel with steady boat traffic. We took it slow and took our time and it was fine.
The driveway is tricky but most driveways at the lake are very steep. This isn't something that would deter us from renting this property again.
Overall we would highly recommend this property. It felt like home.

This property was just as described. It was gorgeous, spacious, and perfect for our vacation. I had even told the owner my daughter’s boyfriend planned to propose since the pics looked so ideallic and they had champagne on ice for us upon arrival. It’s the small touches that make all the difference! The outdoor space is UNBELIEVABLY beautiful and where we spent most of our time. There are so many different living spaces we never felt cramped. We would stay here again. And again and again.

The house was amazing and the lake even better. My granddaughter said it was the best family vacation yet. My daughters weren’t ready to leave when our week ended.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a great time! The house and property are great, and the views of the lake and surrounding mountains are beautiful. Steve was very responsive and even had the home decorated for Christmas which my grandchildren loved. The home had all the amenities listed. Overall, we had a fantastic weekend and would highly recommend this property.

The house is beautiful with plenty of room for a comfortable stay. Love how it is decorated and the kitchen island is so cool. The views of the mountains and Norris Lake are amazing. I would recommend this place and get a boat to see more of the lake.

The house and property are both amazing. Lots of space, and the double deck porches are awesome. Perfect place for a lake retreat! Communication with the host is very good. We definitiely will be coming back!

We had the BEST week in the most beautiful lake house ever! The layout was perfect for our family of 13! From the incredible views, the huge kitchen, the comfy beds and the coolest boat dock on Norris! We brought our boat and jet ski with us and it was so nice to have access to the boat lift and a place to dock our jet ski. We’re already looking to book this one again for next summer!

Absolutely beautiful, well thought out home on the sparkling blue-green waters of Lake Norris. We had a group of 11 (6 adults and 5 kiddos) and had plenty of space. Ideal for two families with two primary suites and 2 bunk rooms (which each sleep 6 people). LOVED the two kitchen refrigerators and two separate beverage fridges (one up and one downstairs). Very convenient. Has everything you need for a great lake getaway.

This place has the most amazing views! The property was well stocked with everything we needed. Enough refrigerator room for our entire group, comfy beds, and a kitchen I loved cooking in on vacation. The hot tub and fireplace got alot of use as it was COLD this March trip to Tennessee. I can see this place being a fishing/boating families dream in the heart of the summer!

We had a great experience with this property and enjoyed our stay. Steve was very responsive to any questions we had and provided tips about locals. We stayed in the winter so we didn't enjoy lake activities like others do, but it was a great long weekend getaway with the hot tub, games, large kitchen to cook in, and just some R&R.
The only complaints we had were really due to us not doing enough research. This house was 20 minutes off the main road on twisty and winding back roads, which we didn't realize. It definitely provides a lot of privacy when you're there, just be aware that any supply trips will take up some significant time, so plan accordingly. This may not be an issue in the summer if you bring a boat and can get to a marina by water.
The other issue to be aware of, and again we just didn't do our research, was that the lake levels on Big Creek drop significantly in the winter. It seemed like a 10-15 foot drop, which meant that getting down to the dock was a very steep walk down the normally underwater path to the dock. Again - summertime visitors won't struggle with this when the lake level is up, but if you plan to visit in the winter just be aware.
The two minor quibbles aside, we would visit again and would recommend the property to others, It was well-kept, clean, and well-stocked. The owner is a great host and will ensure you enjoy your visit while you're there. Don't hesitate to give this a try!

We rented this property December 26-January 2. This property is beautiful, amazing views and so peaceful! Our family of 14 had a time we will always remember! Another plus was that extended family rented the house next door so our Christmas family reunion was perfect. We loved that Steve (owner) had Christmas lights all over the deck and a Christmas tree. We sat out at night by the fireplace and it was magical!

This home is absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. The owner was very helpful and even stocked the home very well with a bottle of champagne and waters as a gift as well! There were 15 of us who stayed here and we all couldn’t get over how beautiful the home was. There was also a Christmas tree and beautiful lights outside with the gorgeous view of the lake. We will stay here again for sure!

Our family of 14 had the best weekend ever in this beautiful lake house. We brought our boat with us and although the first weekend of fall was a little chilly it couldn’t have been more perfect! We all LOVED everything about Steve’s amazing place. The kids (and a few adults) had fun jumping off the upper deck of the boat house. A few more of our favorite things were… eating outdoors at the huge table on the main deck. Watching UT beat Florida while hanging around the outdoor fireplace, cooking in the huge kitchen together with a ton of barstools, playing ping pong, paddle boarding, relaxing in the hot tub. The house is so spacious one can easily find a cozy spot to just relax, read, take a nap…whatever. Truly the best lakehouse we have ever stayed in. Best views ever; it felt like we were in a treehouse! We’ll definitely be renting this one again!

The owner has taken great time and care to be sure the guests feel more than welcome. We have rented numerous other homes at other locations. This one is the best.

We stayed with our family for a week in the summer and the property was beautiful! Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Steve was a wonderful host and quick to respond to any questions. Our family especially enjoyed spending evenings on the spacious outdoor patio eating dinner together and playing games. We would highly recommend staying at this property and would happily stay at this house again!

Beautiful house, wonderful location, fantastic week!
We had such a great week in this house. The location is wonderful, the house had everything we needed and then some. The owner was very prompt with any questions that came up. The kids loved jumping off the dock, we rented a boat and tube from Whitman Hollow close by and visited a couple of other marinas within a 10-20 minute boat ride. The bunk bed rooms were perfect for all of the kids, and both masters were great sizes with comfortable beds. We would definitely love to return for another trip!

New Family Traditions
My family has rented a number of homes before, but this one was absolutely fabulous! Some of the best views on the lake! Everything about the accommodation was warm and inviting. We had plenty of room to lounge around and enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen was spacious and allowed us to make some great family memories. This has become one of our favorite family traditions and look forward to doing it again soon.

Best Thanksgiving vacation ever
The house was very spacious and very clean. There was nothing I would change about it. There were 14 of us there and not once did we feel like we were crammed in. There is so much space inside and outside on the huge multi-level decks. The outdoor fireplace and space heater made it very comfortable on the chilly nights to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Communication with the property owner was superb. Would highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful
This is our second year staying at this property. It is beyond gorgeous. The owner is very communicative and goes above and beyond for his guests. The part of the lake this house is on is not busy compared to other parts of the lake. We love that this house has a boat lift to keep our boat out of the water when we aren’t using it. We just booked our third summer trip as well. Definitely stay at this property. You won’t be disappointed.

This is the best home we have ever rented. The owners have thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen with every utensil you will ever need. Home was spotlessly clean and ready when promised. Owner was very helpful with any questions. Location is great and close to Whitman Hollow marina that has the best food and service on the lake. Outdoor space is amazing. Our kids loved the outdoor ping pong and the dock. If your looking for a well maintained and furnished home at Norris you will want to rent this home. You will not be disappointed.

this property was lovely. It had everything we needed to spend four enjoyable fay together with family and friends. We used every part of both decks, playing bags, ping pong and had memorable dinners outside and the oversized table. What a view
We absolutely loved our stay! So clean, so open, plenty of space. The two tier dock for the teens to play games, the outdoor tv and fire place for the adults, the gigantic eating table outside to fit all 12 of us. I could go on and on. Host was very quick to respond to any request and readily available. Oh yeah, the awesome two boat dock to house the pontoon and for the kids to jump was great. Thanks so much!!

Amazing family vacation
We planned a family getaway for my sister's 29th birthday. We had a lovely week cooking, boating and relaxing at this amazing and luxurious property. Cannot express how special the stay was. The house and the lake exceeded our expectations in beauty and the whole experience.
