Downstairs windows open right into the carpark so other people's early departures can be frustrating .

Location close to the port

I would bet that 90% of the guests stay here because of the proximity to the port. If your boat leaves early in the morning, there are no breakfast options for you. So you pay for a B&B but you only get one B. Owners could certainly offer an option for those early travellers.

The place is very well located and easy to find. It's the only pet friendly stay you will find in the area, with a decent space to let them walk and toilet. The rooms are comfortable, well decorated and very cosy. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming. They also have private parking and s fairly priced EV charging.

We always receive a very friendly welcome. The rooms are well appointed and clean. We and our dog are very happy to stay at Coral Gables. Great location for the ferry. Kathrina was amazingly helpful because our son left his wallet and Kathrina was happy to arrange to send it to us. Huge thanks Kathrina.
