Comfortable clean spacious. Basic but enjoyed our stay. Nice garden area.
Restaurant not in operation but was recommended few places nearby.

The staff was really nice.
The style is old, and the building in general. We could not get eifi in the rooms. Pricy for the overall quality and style. Breakfast quite expensive in comparison to nearby bars and restaurants. With a 45€ prize i d give this histel a 8 over 10, but for 65 per night for a small room, i expected more.

Friendly staff and easy check-in. It was nice to have a room with a balcony to sit outside. The room was a bit dated but comfortable. The hotel is in a great location on the edge of town and is not far from the local supermarket and Mcdonald's in Ur. Would definitely stay here again.

They accept pets
Everything would have been great, except on the day of check-out I asked what time we are expected to check out. When we returned to the hotel 30 minutes before the said time, the lady at the reception started yelling at us that we must checkout already because she needs to do the shopping. Very unproffesional. Also, we were told that at night they put the heating on but the radiators were off the whole night.

Booked a room with terrace, but the room allocated didn't have one. Error on the part of the hotel. They were apologetic about it.

We got an outstanding breakfast here. The staff was very friendly, and the room was really spacious. The environment of course is beautiful with the Pyrénées around. The location is ideal for those travelling by car.
The place is a bit of walk from the train stations, and the rooms are a bit ageing. There is a quite busy road just next to the hotel. The windows do not look directly on the road, but you could hear some noises which are loud enough to be uncomfortable to sleep with windows open. Luckily, the weather is not as hot in the mountains as in other parts of Spain during the summer.

The lady who serves breakfast and handles pretty much everything is really sweet and efficient. Location is very good, except it's right off the road and there is lots of traffic you hear.
Not much comfort. Rooms are very basic for the price. Place isn't dirty but would need maintenance.

I liked meeting and speaking with the manager. An 85 yr old woman who is wonderful

The sheets although bright orange were clean.
The property is in dire need of a refurb. The room dated back to the 1970’s including the bright orange sheets and pillowcases. The bathroom is tired with the cream paint coming off the tiles which were originally pink. The towels were hard and obviously very well worn. I think €56 was far too much to pay for a night in this property. Would not return.
