I have mobility issues and the staff were very helpful when I had to go up a few steps. They attended to my every need especially Arturo and Marina. Breakfast was good too. Excellent place to stay.

We were interested in being in the older part of Malaga and the area around the Cathedral. The location of the hotel was perfect. We felt in the centre of the town. The staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful.

street noise. we had to be up at 04:00 next day to catch early flights so went to bed early and at 22:00 there was loud drumming - a band - so much noise. there was. a parade being held to honour Our Lady so as much as we respect this being Christians I wish somebody had warned us they would be going right past our room. 😬. also upon arrival I banged my head on open wardrobe shelf and cut my head. my husband wanted to contact reception about it but I didn’t want a fuss.

One of the main plus of this hotel is location. It is placed in the heart of old town so it was easy to walk around the city without the need to take additional bus. Room was very clean and service was provided each day. Also, hotel provided iron which was very important for me :) Bed was very comfortable and sheets were clean. In addition, breakfast was serviced since 7:45 - 10:45 what was very convenient if someone likes to sleep till 9 am.

Good location.10 minutes walk from train station. Plenty bars and restaurants in surrounding area. Friendly staff especially young man on reception sharing local knowledge and the man dealing with the breakfast area . Rooms clean comfortable and the roof terrace although small was really nice.

No glasses in bathroom or bedroom for drinking. Due to Covid restrictions I don’t think is acceptable. Plastic throw away cups would be better than nothing.

In the city center, close to everything, but quiet. Very comfortable room, welcome message and sweets, free umbrellas at the reception. Rich breakfast, very kind staff, fast check in and check out. When we had problem with the heating, there was a fast solution. Late check out was also great option for us.

Probably the best located hotel in the center of Malaga in close proximity with main shopping street and close to bars/restaurants. The room was large and clean, modern decorated with pleasant bathroom. Very helpful and welcoming personnel.

Ideally located in the Old Town, easy access everywhere. The rooms are comfortable, tidy and very well equipped. The staff were very kind and helpful at all times. Highly recommended
