The appartments are very close to each other, we had a family with kids staying above us. We could hear kids running around the house early in the morning.

felt the townhouse was a bit run down, beds need updating, no spare blankets - was quite cool. Asked to move rooms and was told they were booked out despite advertising for rents.

Property is reasonable , clean, well maintained and all that.

This just is not a OCEAN VIEW Penthouse.... you over sold it a bit..... not a 733 per night property at all!!!!.. If we pay that price we expect luxury... not another townhouse!

The pool was lovely. We had such a lovely room and the view was great.

Location was fantastic. Pool was great. The apartment was clean. Was happy to see a coffee machine. Good kitchen. Air conditioning in all the rooms.

Toilets are almost on the floor which was very odd. Pool was right in front of us so very noisy.

amazing views! close to everything. great layout of apartment for families (stayed in penthouse 37, up the top), great pool area.

could have been a bit cleaner, ours was a little outdated, a little annoying having to buy basics for just a weeks stay eg bin bags, toilet paper, dw tabs, laundry detergent etc), and would love a gym!

Impressive view from the living room/balcony. good air conditioning and black out blinds. easy walking distance into Hastings and the Junction.

Not very clean on arrival and dated/rundown kitchen. No hand soap provided. Spare room door had massive squeak so could not close as wakes up baby.

There were lots of stairs but to get that view, it’s necessary!

Location to Hasting, size of townhouse for a family of 6, stunning views, the pool and the kitchen facilities.

The bedrooms were quite dusty including the floors, the outdoor floors were pretty dirty and not brushed, the main ensuite wasn’t well cleaned when we arrived (toilet had been used), the sockets in one bedroom were hanging off the wall and no bedside table light bulb. Paying for a premium townhouse we would have expected a higher standard of cleanliness.
