The staff, the room and the breakfast were really nice. Stayed for one night and it was the perfect place for it. The staff were really helpful and kind.

Location perfect, great staff - very helpful and informative, good choices for breakfast, lovely good size room with lots of light, comfortable bed, quality bathroom toiletries. We very much enjoyed our stay at this small and newly renovated hotel. It is located just inside the old town with a very easy, short walk to the heart of old town, the river and many restaurants etc.

Shower has no door and water goes everywhere even though we really tried to be careful. Also it is a hand held shower only which isn't totally convenient. An overhead shower would be much better, for using and to help stop water escaping - or it would be good to provide more towels, or a mop, to soak up excess water. The lift stops operating at 10.30PM - it felt like a bit of a climb up to the top (3rd) floor after an evening out but manageable. Apparently this is for safety reasons as there are no staff members on site after 10.30 and worth noting if you have mobility issues. If the above could be addressed it would make this hotel perfect and, because everything else was so good, neither would prevent me from staying here again and from recommending this hotel.

On of the best hotels I've stayed in a while.

Perfectly located within the old city of Ljubljana yet at its periphery which enables easy access and pickup by taxis. Esthetically pleasing, excellent AC to cool us on the one hot day we had, clean, wide variety at breakfast, including vegan options and wheelchair accessible as there is an elevator. Friendly and very helpful staff. A perfect stay!

Location was incredible, staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but it was exactly what I needed to start my day.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was the shower in the bathroom. It did not have a basin and the bathroom floor would get wet after every shower. Other than that, everything was amazing.

Lovely, light, airy room, lovely beds, beautifully designed hotel, good breakfast, great location. Friendly, helpful staff who go the extra mile to help - they recharged our phones & kept our bags safe, even after we’d checked out.

Very cute boutique hotel. Nicely furnished with all amenities you need. Staff was super friendly nice. And the location of the hotel is amazing. Right at the foot of the castle hill with very cute restaurants and foot walk to all the attractions. Definitely recommend :)

It would be nice to have a full body mirror in the room and maybe a squeegee for the bathroom, since the shower tends to overflow.

Clean room, good light, good breakfast

There is no parking available at the location and it is a bit of walking that you need to do from a parking spot. If you have a heavier baggage, it can be somewhat difficult.

The marking does not reflect how I thought The hotel is good BUT when I booked it said it catered fir vegans - breakfast was muesli and rolls which is ok but other guesses had so much more. Also it said courtyard garden and this was under construction. It said cycles available but they weren’t The hotel was good and staff great but I would have not paid this amount

The staff in the reception are very good, super helpful specially Aleksander, Luca and another gentleman( I don’t remember his name) I got advice about places to visit, restaurants and transportation.

Because there was a new renovation, there was a painting smell in the room. I kept windows open.

Its totally clean. And location is great!

The staff at the Adora were particularly helpful with directions and recommendations for places to eat. The breakfast was very nice, with delicious croissants.

We had a little trouble finding the hotel. The taxi dropped us at the edge of the pedestrian area, only a few 100 feet from the hotel, but due to the language barrier, we didn't realize how close we were, so we dragged our bags halfway through the city until we realized that we had been almost at the door when the taxi dropped us off! Our problem; certainly not the fault of the hotel, but it would have been great if the hotel had mentioned its location relative to the pedestrian area in its directions
