Swimming pool great, location excellent, reception staff very helpful.

No air conditioning, badly needed. Not much workspace around kitchen, tiles around swimming pool uneven.

Pool, location and staff were amazing. Apartments were clean and the grounds were clean and well looked after. Food was ok in the restaurant but only ate there once.

Biggest downside to this place is no air conditioning. Because of this we really struggled to sleep at night. Also having to move the microwave near a plug every time we needed to use it.

The swimming pool was great

The property did not have air conditioning, was in very noisy, not able to sleep at night due to heat and noise.

No air conditioner

The pool was lovely, the apartments spacious and with all the equipments which is very good.

No air conditioned in the apartments, temperatures of 34°C daytime and 28°C nightime, and if you want an extra fan you have to pay but the fan does not help because it's really hot. Breakfast advertised 8h-11h but when you get to the restaurant at 8h10, they ask you to wait another 10 min because things are not ready, I was leaving to the airport and told the lady, she was not happy so she served some other people who got there after us and left us waiting until 8h30 to have our food, and brought things separately to makes us feel bad, not good enough and not coming back to a place with staff like that. You don't need us anyway, I know.

It is very close to the bus station, shops, bars, etc, very convenient. The apartment was clean and spacious.

There were some ants (not many) in one of the cupboards, we couldn’t figure out where they were coming from, as we were on the 2nd floor.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all of the facilities and equipment that we required. I got a hair dryer and safe hire from reception for a returnable deposit. The pool and surrounding area with sunbeds and parasols was clean and tidy. We enjoyed lunch in the dining area on a couple of occasions. All of the staff we encountered, particularly Danielle on reception were most helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble.

The available space to hang out with friends, the big swimming pool and the staff have provided us to full enjoy our time at Apartamentos VistaPicas.

It is located a bit far from Ciutadella, and the transport (taxis.bus) are bad organised and overbooked.

I love the location, the staff, the apartment, the pool area, the dining area. I've been back several times, never been disappointed.

My only criticism is that there is not much hot water for a shower, it goes cold very quickly.

We stayed for 2 weeks. Our 2nd visit. Look and layout of complex is good. Towels replaced regularly. Clean. Great staff and restaurant.

Kitchette is rather small. 2 bed apartments don't face the pool but private veranda.

Children’s pool was slightly green. The apartments only have one bathroom, not two as advertised. There is an additional toilet only.

2 large bedrooms with plenty of storage. Plenty of clean towels and sheets changed once during the week stay. Good location. Large pool and nice grounds.

Basic accommodation. These apartments do NOT have 2 bathrooms. They have 1 bathroom and a separate second toilet.
