Hotel has spacious rooms, good helpful staff
Hard to find, no hot water was warm at times but most of the time no hot water, breakfast isn't the best.

the receptionist was very kind
we had no warm water in the room. The streetview room was very noisy, we couldn't sleep well. Also other tourists (locals from other cities) were really loud, someone tried to "break" into our room 3 times. Because of no warm water we could not have a proper shower. On the top, there was cigarette smoke smell in the room, it was like sleeping in a bar where everyone smokes continously. We had to keep the window open all night, but the noises were extreme, also inside and outside of our room. I don't recommend this hotel at all. I don't know how could this hotel get a rating above 8.

The welcome from the front desk was lovely, really friendly and interesting. They explained they had moved us to a room as far away from the building works which were going on throughout the night to one side of the hotel. Clear communication and considerate hosts.
The building work wasn't ideal, but that wasn't too much of a problem as I'd packed earplugs.

very good location, the guy at the reception was very helpful and kind, answered all our questions. we were also satisfied with the breakfast. bedsheets were clean

quiet street, good central location and very very helpful staff. the breakfast was also very good, offering pancakes and omelette prepared at the moment. Room was big enough and beds were very comfortable. Running water was OK, too
Hot water was running only at the sink and not the shower. but we worked it out and was fine in the end.

Everything was perfect from the reception to our room. Location perfect close to the beach and all the shops. The street is one way only local traffic. Hotel as a parking that is very handy for those who rent a car. Wifi excellent all over except the breakfast area.

Staff members were all very nice, very helpful and very comprehensive. We are very satisfied with them, either the cook or the receptionnists.
This hotel is too expensive for what it is. The equipment is old, the building is not clean and the maintenance is unconvenient. To be honest, I was disappointed. I guess this hotel needs to be renovated. (But still, staff members were great)

Hotel and room were great. Beds were really comfortable, room was quite big, had air conditioning and fridge. Breakfast was delicious, there were variety of options to choose. Staff was helpful and welcoming. The hotel was close to city center and seaside. I recommend staying there while visiting Akaba!
The parking is on the street near hotel - it was quite hard to find a spot
