We really enjoyed this property. It wasn’t our first visit to Beaufort and this property was in a great location. The listing was 100% accurate and provided everything we needed. We had a very minor issue on our check-in day that Sara promptly resolved for us and it didn’t affect our stay at all. I’d highly recommend Sara’s property!

Location is great. There was everything you needed. Owner was great and keep in touch. Check in and check out instructions were very clear. Remember there are steps. I would have liked a tv in my bedroom but not a deal breaker. Great experience. Thank you.

Extremely clean with everything one could need. The location was great for walking around the historic district and to downtown. Sara was very communicative, available, and extremely helpful. We will definitely return.

This property is located in the Historic District of Beaufort. It is easy walking to downtown (Bay St). It has a wonderful Patio and the townhouse itself offered plenty of room to move around. We stayed for about six weeks and loved it. Whether you stay for a weekend or a long term stay I think you will find it’s one of the best places with an ideal location.

The Condo is in a historic section of Beaufort. It is within walking distance to town. It’s a beautiful area! The accommodations were good; it had what we needed for a few days. There was an issue with cleanliness of bedding and the owner was notified.

The island townhouse was perfect for us. I was especially enamored of the large sized oven. I only used it once but it was great for cooking a large lamb and several side dishes.
The townhouse was easy walking distance ( 1-3 blocks) from everyplace we wanted to go. Thank you Sara!

We came to Beaufort to explore the area and stayed at the Island Townhouse for a month. The townhouse proved to be a gem in the perfect location. It is located in the historic district of Beaufort. Easy walk, bike ride or car ride to restaurants and shopping. We found the neighborhood to be very quiet. Especially loved sitting outside on the back patio on the cooler afternoons and early evenings. The dedicated parking behind the townhouse was really convenient. The townhouse was clean and came with everything you need to start a month-long stay. Having the clothes washer and dryer on hand was a nice amenity too!
Sara is easy to work with and very responsive. You can clearly see her love of Beaufort from the photos, paintings, movies and reading material she has on hand throughout the townhouse. Her "Foodies" list for the local restaurants is fantastic!
We really appreciated the outstanding hospitality Sara provided and would definitely stay there again!!

I loved many things about this property, particularly the location. It was in the historic district of Beaufort with easy access to shops, delicious food and a short drive to the beach. The owners were very nice to work with and we had everything in the place we needed. I definitely plan to return.

Came to Beaufort to visit friends, and Island Townhouse was a perfect home away from home. It's small, but quaint, and perfectly furnished with a long stay. All kitchen and laundry needs were available for our family of 4, and our children were happy they didn't have to share a bed! The owners were responsive and helpful. If you're staying for longer than 4-5 night, be sure to stock up on your own paper products (TP, paper towels, tissues), but there is enough to get your stay started. It was much too hot to lounge outside during our stay, but the back patio would be perfect on a fall evening to enjoy slightly cooler weather. Location was fantastic, right across the street from USCB library, and an easy walk to downtown. 2 parking spots in the back, with available parking in the front of the town house as well. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place well situated for Beaufort and environs. Has everything you might need or want. I should have paid attention to "town house" and understood that would mean two levels. Stairs can be hard but other than that, and excellent place.

This is a two-story townhouse with two bedrooms, dining room/living room area and a small kitchen. It's clean, attractive, with a cute outdoor space and a spacious dining room table. It's fine for a family with older kids, and was comfortable and convenient to town, and centrally located.

This townhouse is located on the main street into the city of Beaufort and is within walking distance of many activities, restaurants and shops. The property is clean and comfortable. It has nice decor and the owners provide information on the area, including activities and restaurants. They also provide detailed instructions on what is required and who to contact if there is an issue. If you would like, they also have bikes available for your use. We enjoyed our stay here.

Quiet and convenient getaway
We had a wonderful experience staying at The Old Commons. Our daily walks to downtown were convenient and among beautiful surroundings. The apartment was clean and met all of our needs. The back patio was a favorite spot. Very nice location.

Can walk to downtown in 10 minutes. Also great walking around the neighborhood by the water accross the street. Good communication with us. No problem getting in and adjusted. A bit more fussy decor than I would like, but people seem to like it. Bed was comforable and linen were fresh. Yes, I would stay here again.

Both my sister and I had a fabulous time in Beaufort SC.
One exception was when she was exercising at 6:30P the neighbor pounded loudly on the wall next door many times!
Didn’t realize the walls were so thin! We didn’t feel comfortable with that next door neighbor.

The owner has lots of helpful information about the area, where to dine and places of interest. Agave Mexican Grill and Miramare Italian restaurant in Habersham were favorite places to dine. We visited Parris Island. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Charming Townhouse
A cozy, comfortable townhome perfectly located for a short walk to downtown, shopping and the enjoying the many wonderful restaurants nearby. Everything we needed for our stay was provided, thoughtfully laid out and very clean. Sara also included a comprehensive list of restaurants, landmarks and activities in the area to make things easier for us to navigate! Will definitely choose to stay here again when in Beaufort. Highly recommend!
