I like the location of the hotel...near to supermarket and restaurants...train station.... I like my room clean and tidy...but a little bit small. I like the breakfast buffet....very much good food ...and most of all the free shuttle back and forth to Narita airport.

It so hard to communicate in Engish with the front desk attendant.

Location was good for a late night arrival to Narita station from the airport, and the temple is within walking distance. Room facilities were adequate.

Very loud people in our hallway speaking Chinese at almost yelling volume in the morning. Unsure if it was other guests or cleaning staff, but definitely not a calm waking up experience.

I had a very frustrating experience with the staff. We were staying 1 night because my flight was early in the morning, I asked when I arrived if they could book me a taxi for 5:30am to the airport and he said yes. I tried to clarify twice as I was nervous about making my flight and he reassured me. When I came to the counter at 5:20am another staff member told me that it is not possible to book a taxi for that time and I had to walk to the train station, I then had to walk in 28 degree heat with my luggage a 12 min walk up a hill to make the next tram which were only once every 30 minutes. My partner was on a different flight and used the free airport shuttle. He arrived 15 minutes before the time it was meant to leave, and he was lucky because it set off 10 minutes early, and he would have missed it if he had arrived at the time advertised. if you are using this hotel only for the stay before your flight then i do not recommend it.

Clean room. Shuttle bus service from and to the airport. Friendly staffs. Restaurant and 7 11 in walking distance.

Small rooms but it was just one night stop over so we survived.

Super clean and worth the price

Loved the room but a but thin on the walls. I can hear each foot steps otherwise i enjoyed the room.

Wished they told me the first bus pickup from airport to hotel was 3pm. I landed 12:15 and missed the first bus because all buses had their hotel name was on bus and driver came out said their hotel mame. However their bus had a different logo and the driver came out said nothing and just waved the page size card not even up so ..... yes i did not see him and missed the first bus. They only have a bus one every hour. So in total i was at airport for four hours, but the bus was nice.

Room service supply during Covid 19 was very unexpected. They have been managing the same very professional way.

Very close to airport. Many shops around. Friendly people.
