The facility itself is good. Pool is nice, air-conditioned rooms and many outdoor spaces to relax. You will struggle to find a villa similar within walking distance to the Ostuni old town (15min). The walk requires about 200m alongside a road before reaching residential streets.

No wifi (which is bare minimum for a place these days) was ridiculous. Guests are expected to deal with their own rubbish due to local Ostuni rubbish management regulations and for the cost of this place I think it's an unacceptable policy. The facility should manage the waste of guests. This wasn't mentioned in the description either but expected to be agreed upon. Hot water system is solar powered so only cold showers in the mornings. There are visibile wires hanging out some walls which pose a hazard. Staff looking after the property would rather be elsewhere. For the money paid (~450€ p/n for 4 ppl), I believe you'd be better off staying in a Masseria or hotel with services in Ostuni.
