The location was great. The staff was very friendly. Parking was good. Overall good value for the price.

The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. The AC wasn't working the best but was good enough. It was really muggy in the room when we first got in there.

They change the hotel completely so beautiful and clean room comfy much better bathroom colorful .! And front desk people very helpful my reservations was past due and I come and showing the reservations date he told me my reservations for yesterday but he helped me out given a same rate and very good hotel I’m surprise Hotel renovation

Good place to stay at weekends and clean room comfy bed … and front desk staff very friendly and specially Keolive is very helpful and friendly make us feel very welcome

I loved that snacks and drinks were reasily available as soon as you enter the hotel. The staff were great and very accommodating. The hotel is in great location, at the center of everything. Not to mention how beautifully decorated the hotel is inside.

The parking was tight, but using Lyft or Uber was easy.

Philly Inn & Suites is a great place to stay in Philadelphia. The property is well-maintained and the interior is mind-blowing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Philadelphia.

The location. You have everything close to you, food, gas station, corner store, highway

The gentleman at the front desk was rude, the cleanliness in the rooms, the floors were dirty Clingy It doesn't smell good either

Room clean front desk people so much helpful my card was going decline and bank is taking time to verify but they check me in given a room key after hour my bank call me all taking care most thanks front desk people saw the patience
