The rooms smell like mold or mildew. I switched rooms and had the same issue with the smell. The room I was originally in had damages which caused me to change my room in the first place.
The cleanliness was 2/10 and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They claimed not to have our reservation, were fully booked and could only accommodate us by sending us to their Homewood suite attached hotel. I paid more for my reservation than the cost of the Homewood suite stay, and the are trying to charge me again.

The staff desk is unfriendly, they don't help you. We had to wait for our room after checking time, this delayed all our booked activities. Also they found and then threw away my gold earrings.
The location is far from everything, you need to take Uber for the city center for 20 dollars.

We went to the restaurant for breakfast and hour and minutes before breakfast time was over and were told no one else would be seated because the kitchen was backed up. No apologies, no alternatives given. Asked for a manager and were told they would not be there for another hour or two. The staff was very rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever. Also the tub clogged and the sink was leaking. Overall not what I expect from a Hilton

The front desk customer service from Maylene or something like that was absolutely terrible and rude! Would not recommend or stay here due to their customer service!!

Valet was nice the concierge was very polite and the check in staff did a great job.
No towels in a supposedly cleaned room. No coffee cups with the coffee maker.

Shower temperature could not be adjusted! It was either scalding hot or freezing.

I liked the shower and the cleanliness of the room.
I did not like having to wait a hour for my room to be ready. I came at 4pm and didn’t get my room key until 5pm. There were a lot of people waiting in the lobby waiting for their room key as well.

There was puke in the lobby bathroom sink. Our check-in was supposed to be at 4, they made us wait until 4:35 and never called us. Also, there was about 16 screaming children running around, kicking trash everywhere.

Not worth the money at all. The ceiling lobby was leaking onto a couch which made a wet spot that I almost sat on.

My card was charged twice for a one night stay. The facility was not clean. Spider webs, dirty floors and rugs. We have to spend time in Phila over the next four years. Hoping the Courtyard Marriott does better.

The shower was spacious.
I already submitted a Google review. It would be too much to retype in here. From cleanliness to staff being jaded and rude, the hallways smelling like weed, food on the floor, no parking, no breakfast, to the elevator not functioning.... I totally regret booking this hotel. Never again!

The staff was extremely pleasant. The greetings from the valet staff as we entered and as we left the hotel made us feel very special. The check in and check out were a breeze.
There was only one trash can in the room (the bathroom) and even though I booked for two adults and two children they only gave us two towel sets. I think if you book for four there should be a minimum of four sets.
