Het vriendelijke personeel! Heel mooie kamer…
Het eten, koud, opgewarmde rommel van dag(en) ervoor.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting and we loved that you have access to the facilities of all the Royal hotels. It wasn’t too busy so there was plenty of space and always a choice of sun beds.
When we arrived we were allocated a room in the Royal Princess, not the Royal Palm. It was only because I’d read previous reviews where the same situation happened that I was prepared for this and was able to question the room allocation. I was initially told that the hotel set up is “confusing” however there was nothing confusing to us - we had booked a room in the Palm and that is where we expected our room to be. We weren’t impressed that they weren’t honest with us and tried to make out that we were the ones confused. We were eventually told that they’d overbooked which is why we’d been allocated a room in the Princess, but after the check in staff made a phone call and a few conversations, we were given our room in the Palm.
Other small points which didn’t make the stay as perfect as it could have been were the air con in our room being extremely loud, having to ask multiple times for an iron, our key card stopping working on more than one occasion and no apology from the staff when we went to rectify this (instead we were questioned as to whether we kept them near magnets!), cigarette butts by the loungers on the beach, and asking for a second drink at a bar one evening which didn’t then arrive, but when we went to pay they tried to charge us for it.
Overall, we loved the location and facilities, so had the customer service been better it would have made the stay perfect.

The location, views, amenities are all great.
There were ants in the room upon arrival. The food at the free breakfast is average. Service is lacking

Nice location. Clean rooms. Nice and service minded personal.
The views from the Luxury suit was toward and parking and not according to expectations. We tried some restaurants at the resort. The food was ok but not worth the money. The atmosphere at the restaurants was quite boring.

Gorgeous hotel with easy beach access and amazing breakfast, facilities and hotel staff. About 15 Euro ride from old town. Very family friendly!
Loved everything.

This was an excellent property. I liked that it was connected to its sister properties. There were several restaurants and places to get drinks. The views from our balcony of the Adriatic were fantastic. The property itself was very very nice and so were the staff. We loved our room. It was spacious and well appointed. They also had an excellent breakfast. We liked that it was far enough away from old town, but close enough to be within reach. We would definitely stay here again.

The room with a sea view was amazing. The pools, restaurants, beach, view.. everything was perfect.
The only thing I was missing in the room was Netflix, could be a nice bonus.

Fantastic selection of food at breakfast. Staff very friendly even when under pressure. Beautiful room with sea view to die for and balcony. Worth the money for the luxury room.
Restaurants very pricey.

The number of pools was good and the breakfast was good.
We have never done a resort so we were excited to try out the experience but it has put us off in all honesty. The room service menu was not great especially for kids we were given new menu’s halfway through the stay and when we called to order we were told those dishes weren’t on the menu, one night we had a club sandwich made with burnt toast (which they did take off our bill to be fair), room service would ring out or be cut off so it could take you 3 or 4 tried to get through to order anything, the service generally for a 5 star hotel was not good, our rooms were above one of the only adults only pools which was a quiet zone which is not ideal when you have a 2 year old. It was over priced honestly and the interior of the room was just not great. Live music on the Thursday night below our room which was really loud with a sleeping baby in tow, I wouldn’t stay again.

This was our 2nd stay in Dubrovnik in 2 weeks( 1st was staying in the Old Town where we did all our sightseeing from), so we used this stay as an end of busy holiday relaxing break, which it was absolutely perfect for.
Situated in a quiet bay with gorgeous views, a choice of restaurants and bars perfect to watch the sunset from and just chill. We had a small suite with tons of space, a bedroom with the comfiest of beds, a living room, large bathroom and separate shower room, and a large terrace/balcony with the most amazing views.Duper clean too.
Staff were all lovely and super helpful, and as our flight wasn't till 10pm we were allowed to check out at noon , store our luggage, and have use of all the facilities including the spa and beach towels, until we left.
Loads of sunbeds dotted around the grounds and rocky shore to sunbathe or chill in the shade. Didn't want to leave!!!

We booked a very nice modern room with sensational ocean views.
The quality & variety of breakfast was excellent !
We found all staff to be exceptionally nice & helpful.
Although, the bus stop was only a 5 minute walk with a regular frequency of buses to the old city in Dubrovnik, I would have preferred to stay closer to the old city, like walking distance rather than have to travel every day and ensure we caught the last bus home.
Only the location if you preferred to be closer to all the action in the old city particularly for the night life.
We were also unlucky travelling in May with the weather unusually cold, windy with rain. Hence, we never went swimming.

sea accsess, staff were unfriendly and unmotivated, the hotels (blue, princess etc) are all on the same spot (doesnt feel exclusive)

Welcoming staff and overall well maintained facilities. Nice breakfast also and wonderful view when the weather allows it.
I had an Excellence room and from the pictures is seemed luxury but in reality the rooms are only standard rooms and feels small. The building itself is almost completely without personality and feels cold and boring.

Lovely view, fantastic breakfast, large room with comfortable bed. We also used the indoor pool which was lovely. The dinner that was included in the price was better than expected but we didn't choose to eat there every day.
Parking was just on the road around the hotel but still cost.

Hotel is very nice, with fine accomodation and good food. Also SPA service is one the level with five star hotel.
Rooms were far away from breakfast restaurant also there was no bar open in the evening for drinking glass of wine or beer

The hotel is very clean and the surrounding landscape is beautiful.
Dinner offerings do not match the price.

Beautiful spacious rooms with a stunning view; lovely facilities, very pleasant and helpful staff, great location, superb bed comfort and linens, clean and well maintained. 5 star comfort as during our previous visits.
Breakfast choice and organisation - disappointing and well below 5 star level. Poor variety of breakfast foods, slow to fill up and a couple of items that were gone before 10am were never replenished as they were out of those items entirely.

Specious room, decent breakfast and view.
Small spa and related facilities such as indoor pool.
