A bit of noises from street outside

It has a great location and excellent staff; however, the hotel is dated and needs a facelift and update. Also, the breakfast was very disappointing, especially the coffee. However, the hotel lacks the staff's ability to make up for their friendliness and helpfulness.

The hotel is beginning to look tired, and the breakfast was not very good.

Redelijk fijne bedden en er was altijd wel een taxi beschikbaar voor het hotel

1. Het was mega gehorig! We konden absoluut niet met het raam open slapen. Zelfs met raam dicht hadden we last van het lawaai buiten. 2. De locatie was toch nét iets te ver van de haven (om over te steken) en van de winkeltjes. 3. De kit/rand van de badkuip was enigszins beschimmeld. 4. De vloerbedekking zat vol met vlekken. 5. Bij aankomst kreeg ik te horen dat ze de eerste nacht hebben geïncasseerd van mijn creditcard, terwijl duidelijk stond vermeld dat we alles bij aankomst accommodatie zouden betalen. Dat vond ik niet netjes.

The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, making our check-in process smooth and pleasant. The hotel’s facilities were impeccably clean and easily accessible. We would totally recommend this hotel when staying in Kadikoy.

The staff at breakfast were quite slow and inattentive; we requested an omelet several times but never received it.

Le petit dej à 18€ par personne je trouve que ça reste très cher. À l’accueil on nous demande si on va se servir du mini bar on dit que non car il faut payer tant, arriver dans la chambre le mini bar est clôturé à distance si on a achete u une boisson ou autre nous n’avons pas de frigo à disposition pour rafraîchir la boisson et dernière chose la piscine intérieur si vous n’avez pas de bonnet de bain impossible de rentrer mais ils en vendent sur place 20€ 2 bonnet de bain alors que tu payes + de 600€ l’hôtel pour 6 nuits… très abuser

Kunne vært en terrasse - sterk røyklukt på rommet på tross av at deg var et «ikke røke» rom.

Die Zimmer wie auch das ganze Hotel ist super und auf einem hohen Komfort ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch und sehr reichhaltig. Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank.

We were in Istanbul for 3 days, everything was perfect in this hotel ! The room are clean, amazing gym club, good pool + spa and the rooftop is impressive ! Moreover, there is the guy Yigit in charge of the conciergery, ask him everything and he will provide it to you ! He is kind, sympatic, great personn and very funny ! He’s the best ! Thank We’ll come back and recommend it to our friend !

Fenster zu dünn, konnten die Hauptstraße zu stark hören, sind in der Nacht wegen Geräuschen von hupenden Autos oder schnell vorbeifahrenden Autos aufgewacht

Ligging is iets aan de mindere kant. Niet bepaald centraal gelegen, maar met een taxi is het goed te doen.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing, the staff is very friendly especially ( YİĞİT TÜREL) he was very helpful

Temizlik konfor ve konumu güzeldi teşekkürler

Otelin konumu, odaların temizliği ve büyüklüğü ,ferahlığı bizi çok mutlu etti. Ayrıca kahvaltı opsiyonları çok geniş ve lezzetliydi. Rooftop barındaki kokteyller çok lezzetliydi. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir otel.

Beğenmediğimiz hiçbir nokta olmadı, ancak bir şey söylemek illa gerekirse o da ücretsiz verilen 2 adet küçük su yetersizdi belki daha büyük versiyonla değişebilir.

We liked the quiet and peaceful area of the usually busy Istanbul. Very helpful stuff, the view to Marina Port and of course the superb breakfast. Great :) Not to forget the large pool on the roof, just amazing.

I don´t know why everywhere on the world, hotel bed mattresses and pillows are just too soft. Maybe because of it looks rich and full and glam ?! But hard matresses and small and compact pillows are just better for sleep and health.

Номер был чуть меньше, понравилось обслуживание, персонал полностью превосходил ожидание. Номер был чистым, светлым, после ремонта. понравилось качество уборки. очень приятно получить комплимент от отеля при заселении. благодарю при заселении Эмир бея, Бурджу ханым, также Энди бей и Озджан бей, персонал рум сервиса Марияди, Димас и других. за теплый прием, за оперативный ответ и решение всех вопросов моментально Вид с отеля, с руфа, прекрасный кофе, обслуживание персонала Jigger Bar также понравилось система оповещения и уведомления и новостей, информация о прогнозе погода по ТВ Tum Wyndham Grand Kalamis personalina, ozellikle Emir bey, Burcu hanim, Andy bey, Ozcan, cogun isimlerin hatirlamiyorum tum ekipe tesekkur ediyorum.

жаль, что перед заселением меня не проинформировали о том, что спортзал и бассейн на ремонте. но благодарю персонал, что договорились использовать оборудование спортзала в мода салону с моего номера 104 если открыть окно шел запах с ресторана. это скорее всего не вина отеля, а система вентиляции ресторана непредусмотрела эти моменты

Leider war das Spa wegen Renovierung geschlossen

Great value for money, really helpful staff, the room was super comfy and we loved the rooftop bar. We also loved the valet parking service - would definitely recommend and we would stay again next time in Istanbul.

It would have been a 10 but the toiletries in the shower were empty which was a bit frustrating to realise mid shower that there was no shampoo and also not what you would expect from a hotel of this standard.

Sehr gute Lage, ruhig am Yachthafen. Gute Lokale in der Umgebung. Gute Anbindung an die Metro. Perfektes Frühstück. My special thanks to the Concierge Yiğit Türel, who took care of all my problems.

Ужасный душ, слабый напор воды, проблемы со смесителем. Отсутствие зубных щеток в номере и курящие рядом соседи. Видимо нет разделения номеров для курящих и не курящих.

Kennzeichnung des geschlossenen SPAs bei Buchung nicht ausreichend kommuniziert. Dadurch hatte das Hotel kaum noch einen Mehrwert und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht mehr. Kommunikation an das Hotel brachte keine Verbesserung.

В целом все очень хорошо, но на момент проживания не работал бассейн и спа, что немного огорчило за столь большую цену, просили скидку за это, скидку не сделали!

The hotel feels upscale, clean, secure, welcoming. It is in a good location, close to a general market, cafés, and an easy walk to public transit. Room service menu was extensive and decent value. Lighting was great, tv was great. Room felt sizeable and the wardrobe space was great.

We weren’t informed that the spa facilities would be closed for maintenance for half our stay, being able to use those facilities was part of the reason we booked so that was disappointing. There were a few stains on the soft furnishings in the room (carpet, couch). Our room was near the elevators and there was quite a bit of noise from the hallway.
