We liked the proximity to the beach, the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and we got fresh towels daily. The room had AC which was great and the staff went over and beyond to support and assist us.

The wifi signal was very poor and the TV channels were not working. So in that sense, it was hard for us to have some online entertainment when in the room.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was really convenient; a step away from all the bars and restaurants. There was no noise whatsoever, nice and relaxing environment. The pool area was also great and clean; we had our breakfast there every morning.

he had a really great time there. people there helped us with everything that we needed, even with a mechanic problem of our scooter 😀

I like location and view, moreover I love receptionist (blond lady). She was really lovely with us because she gives us a lot advices where we go. She was really nice.

Everything was very good, the building is new and in good condition, a very short walk from the sea, swimmingpool available. I had a room on the top floor and the view was very nice. In the room there was a fridge and a kettle.

The nearest beach is not the best beach in town. Hotel Wifi is either extremely slow or non-existent. More kitchen utensils are needed. Tip: In Crete water is heated with sunshine. Take a shower in the evening or be prepared for a cold morning shower.

The place was nice, clean and had a great view. You could also watch the sunrise and hear the sea from the balcony. The staff was polite and helpful. We even got a free coffee/tea & small breakfast for our departure morning. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel.

The bathroom was small and it had a window to the corridor, which seemed weird. We could easily hear the other guests from their rooms.

The apartment is well located, right next to the sea, you can park right in front and the pool was a nice plus! Staff was nice

The kitchen is not very practical, there was no light in this part of the apartment (except the tiny one under the fume hood), no spatula or any ustensile to cook and only one hotplate was really usable. No kitchen towel available

Great little hotel, with everything you need. Great location for visiting Balos, Elafonisi, Falassarna. The village center is approx. 5-7min walk. Nice tavernas on the seaside 5 min walk. We had a really good corner room on the top floor with stunning sea view, you can watch the sunrise from your bed. The reception lady is very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay while visiting nicest beaches in West Crete. The main good thing about this hotel is really good value for money

Staff are helpful, friendly & polite. Swimming pool looked nice although we did not use it & it was lit up every evening giving a pleasant look. Hotel location was good as close to the local tavernas & bars for a walk in the evening. Overall we had a nice stay & its great value for the money we paid.

Glass verandas on the balcony could do with a good clean along with the glass door of the bathroom. Towels are extremely hard which is painful when you have had some sun on your body & the towels left little white bobbles on your skin. The second lot of towels we received after 2 days were much better. Pillows were a bit hard for us but this is a personal preference.

Lack of diversity of the breakfast.

The staff was extraordinarily friendly. We liked that our room was very clean and modern. The town Kissamos is very cozy and has great restaurants right by the ocean. Balos (the most beautiful beach of Crete) is only a boat ride away.

The pool was refreshing, the location good for trip to Balos and Elafonissi beach. The balcony was nice, great view.

The A/C was not working properly and it was a heat weave, very hard to sleep and be in the room during the day. I complained but there was no improvement.

Nice room, nice view and very good facilities. The hotel swimming pool is a very nice place to hang out, too.

Breakfast was basic. I was provided with a plate including 2 slices of ham, 2 of cheese, 4 of cucumber and 4 of tomato, butter as well as 3-4 olives, having the option to add as much filter coffee, hard-boiled eggs, tea, yogurt, milk, coen flakes, bread slices and condiments (jam, marmelade, honey and chocolate spread) as I liked. However, I would have preferred it if the ingredients pre-existing on my plate had also been available on the buffet for me to put as much as I liked. Also, even though I arrived at 14.00, right at the expected check-in time, my room was ready at 14.25. Additionally, I would have preferred it if staff had worn uniform clothes to add to the prestige of the hotel. Having someone at Reception permanently would also work towards the same direction, as the spot was almost always empty, whenever I left or returned to the hotel.
