great location, lots of space, big open terrace

Lack of upkeep; strong sewer smell from bathrooms; huge ant problem inside the apartment;

The apartment is very good located. Everything one needs is within a step. Beach in five minutes walking. A lot of different activities, especially wide choice of boats to rent.

First of all, the communication with the host is owful. They do not give their phone and communicate with WhatsApp only. Then, a week before the entry they started spamming with a message that I should pay the rest through their website. My questions or explanations that I await them to do this with booking were just totally ignored. Booking service could not communicate with them too. When I came I needed first to go to their office to pay. Noone speaks English. Doors are electronic and may be opened with smartphone only. So there are many ways when you may fail to enter the apartments: - if you come after 20:00 and do not pay through the website - if you have no smartphone - if you smartphone is discharged - if you have no access to Internet from smartphone And of course it is not at all comfortable to take the smartphote to the beach. Baths were very dirty, with a lot of moldiness. There was very noisy, no sound isolation at all. If someone speaks loud in the corridor or at the street it is the same as if they speak in your room. Most guests do not understand that at the night time they should keep absolute silence. Air conditioning is without sweep function. In addition it has very bright LEDs, so it is nearly impossible to use at night time. No basic things: no soap, no clothespins, no vacuum cleaner. no mop. Mop is especially useful, as the showers are not well designed, and water always runs out. Fridge is not set right, so the doors cannot be wide open, and that makes no access to most boxes inside.

The location is perfect! Close to the beach and all kinds of shops and eateries. The double bed needs to be replaced because it creaks when you turn around and the mattress is old and thin, so you can feel the spiral of the bed base in your back. Unfortunately, we had quite sleepless nights because of this. Furthermore, the apartment was more than perfect with 2 bathrooms and a spacious terrace. We had our own garage which was also great! It is true that I was stuck 2 times in the courtyard of the parking lot because the electric gate no longer opens. Call several times for fifteen minutes before someone answered and could remotely open the gate. I would like to come back here again when new beds are placed and then park the car outside the parking lot.

this apartment have only digital key. it made us a bit uncomfortable.

The garage was incredible safe and big enough. The location is perfect, close to small markets as well as many restaurants and of course very close to the beach.

Internet speed was quite slow in most part of the apartment, having a better connection on the bedroom. The bathroom had a bad smell and the mattress was not really comfortable.

Good location. Clean .well equipped kitchen. Terrace space .air conditioning

Not enough soft seating.bed too low. Very limited clothes storage. Broken roller blind. No greeting on arrival/departure. No instructions to find car park . Bunk beds not twin as advertised

Great location. Beach 50m (with many water sports). Supermarket across the street, lots of restaurants bars within walking distance. Aqua brava close by (10m drive). Hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with.

The check in. We had to get there before 14.00 on a Sunday. When we arrived after being stuck in traffic to get to the address where we had to pick up the keys, there was a note to tell us to go to another address a 10 minute drive away. As we had arrived early, I asked if we could go to the apartment. We were told it would be ready. However when we got there it was still being finished. The directions to reach the apartment were also confusing. We were told that the apartment was on floor 'e' but by pressing this button on the lift, it took you to a floor above. Luckily, the cleaning ladies were in the apartment and helped us. There were various things broken. Light switches that didn't work and a tile hanging off the wall. I took some photos to ensure it was clear that these things were already broken before we got there as they keep a deposit until the flat is checked. I presume that they start repairing things before high season starts.
