Cute little house. Good location

This place had the perfect feel of rustic beach house. It was very tastefully decorated with adorable touches throughout. The place was spotless. It felt welcoming and spacious. We stayed myself and my husband as well as our adult son (age 23) and our little son (age 7). It was spacious and comfortable for all of us. The location is perfect about a block from the beach. We have been to Seaside several times and this has been our favourite place to stay so far. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we come. We would love this to be our go to spot if possible.

The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. We needed a quiet place to relax and enjoy time together and this home hit the mark. The property management team was excellent, keeping us informed, and taking care of us promptly. The location was ideal - close to the promenade and downtown. We will be back! Thank you for a vacation that met our every need and expectation.

Location was great. Quiet, clean, comfortable - except not very warm if you like it overly warm like me. Great price. Block or two over from the beach in a nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute little cottage. Just what we needed!

Comfortable house in quiet neighborhood. We were concerned with the back stairs where you need to park as they are steep and could be slippery when wet. I'd suggest putting in non slip stairs at a less steep angle. Would be nice to have a radio of some sort. We would definitely stay there again.

I has rented the house that is up above but the heater wasn't working so we got moved to another home. The house we were at was so cute and comfortable the owner came over and helped with a TV issue. It was perfect thank you 💗💗

The property was clean and in great area but when my daughter and I returned from shopping it was obvious someone had entered the house. The ice chest, bottle of detergent and roll of garbage bags that were on the coffee table when we left were now on the floor- stacked neatly. The rental information binder that was on the dining table was on the couch and the microwave was beeping while flashing the words “end” on the timer. We decided to pack up and drive home that evening.

The property was perfect for what we needed. Our 6 year old kid loved the super-soft queen be and bathroom for himself, the king size bed was very comfortable and the kitchen / living room had everything we needed. The house is very close to the beach, which made it a breeze to walk over to play in the sand. The house is located off the beaten path, away from the promenade's crowd, yet close enough to everything you need. Very quiet and peaceful part of Seaside, we will add it to our rotation again.

Very quite and close to the beach. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. Large back deck for privacy. You can hear and smell the ocean from the back deck. Its very relaxing. The front yard needs some TLC. The flowers were dry and the weeds are pretty bad. Not a deal breaker but the other yards in the neighborhood are very manicured. It would be nice to have a table for the back deck and maybe a gas firepit.

We were coming to visit movie locations in Astoria. This house was perfectly situated. A short drive to Astoria and out of the hubbub of the main part of Seaside. A short walk - 1.5blocks - to the beach made it easily assessable for watching the sunsets and early morning walks. I would definitely stay here again. The house is small, 2 BR but each with a bathroom. It was very clean and stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Salt and pepper were the only seasonings. We ate out often so it wasn’t an issue. I wish that rentals would include more herbs, etc for cooking. But that’s for another time. I highly recommend this house.

This is a cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood within a short walk to the beach. You can hear the ocean with a couple of windows open. All in all a cozy place with gas fireplaces, but could use a few more amenities in the kitchen. Nice, clean appliances but only silverware for 4 and no cooking supplies other than salt & pepper (no oil, cooking spray, or general spices). Would definitely stay here again.

Rented for a couple of days. Clean well maintained and accurate as to what I saw on the website. Had everything we needed even a couple of chairs for the beach. The only thing we would have loved was a small cooler for the beach. Super fun ending the say with a fire on the beach.

Good location, 1 short block to the beach and 20 min walk to town. Master bedroom felt clean, bright and airy and had a comfortable mattress. However, the full size mattress in the 2nd bedroom was a large piece of foam on top of a pillow top mattress and not suitable for adults to sleep on. I would highly recommend switching to twin bunks or a suitable full size mattress. We ended up putting our 3 & 5 year old on that bed because we (the adults) sunk down into the bed and couldn't get out. Rental management needs to attend to this immediately- this is the main reason we will not stay here again. Living space and kitchen were nicely updated and well sized. You should update photos online to reflect the updated kitchen. Lots of cobwebs throughout the house and bathmats look dirty and need to be replaced. Please post instructions for the operation of the thermostat and fireplace next to them on the wall since we were unable to find instructions for either in the rental binder and could not get the heat to kick on when it was cold.

Walks daily to the beach for sunrise and sunset. Pure bliss..The beds were our only complaint.. the queen was too soft (like sleeping In a soft taco) and king was so loud.. every time someone moved. Some suggestions: The house has a fishy smell. Never found the washer/dryer. Need a wash cloth for the kitchen. The couch has seen better days and long stints sitting anywhere on that thing might require a chiropractor. The place needs more kitchen ware... have to wash dishes or run the tiny dishwasher after every meal. Water pressure was great in the shower. If laundry is expected to be done/started there needs to be explicit instructions and location of the washer/dryer... sorry this wasn't done. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The checking process was so easy! It surpassed out expectations. The location was on a dead in road and was very private and you could hear the ocean from the deck. We loved it. And plan on staying here again!

Clean and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood. Comfy bed. Nice shower and bathroom. Walkable to everything in the north end of town, the beach, and river.

Great location. We were able to bike to restaurants and attractions as well as the beach. Would stay here again!

Very nice property next to a small tidal estuary. Well equipped. A couple things needed attention. We could not toast our muffins until we dig out a very burned pop tart from the toaster. The table and chairs on the deck were very dirty and apparently hadn’t been wiped down in a long time. The soap dispenser for the washer was full of sand mixed with soapy gook. Other than those details, very nice condo and we did enjoy our stay.

Nice spot, good location. The gas fireplace and the electric fire place in the bedroom are great touches. The parking is difficult but that is just the way it is. We enjoyed it very much and if we were to come back we hope this place would be available

The location was amazing! We could walk downtown and the beach no problem! The only thing I would add is bring your own beach chairs to walk down to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay and the house is exactly as advertised. It was very nice and cozy. The town has a lot of fun stuff to do and the beach was a short easy walk from the house.

It was clean, organized, had everything I needed to sustain myself. Internet was fast. Neighbors were quiet and expected the same. Close proximity to the beach and the rest of town. Would recommend to others

We had an easy check in and out. It is the best way to stay, our first time with VRBO. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay out of town.
