Would like to use condo next ski season

Loved this condo actually nicer than anticipated All was functional n a ski vaca should take place in this type of accommodation which was cozy-homelike atmosphere; a pleasant surprise. Everything clearly identified and spelled out for tenants use. Fireplace put it over the top and looked forward to the nightly enjoyment

The place was perfect for our ski trip. Close to Hunter and very easy process for check in. Owner was easily reached by a text. Thank you

Well, I say the true. The apt. has perfect location, but everything inside the property need to be up- date. It looks like they did not clean at all. A lot of food, seed on the floor, chairs. Dining table was not clean, kitchen plates dryer disposable dirty, we saw some unbelievable dirty pot under sink cabinet. Fake nail by the sliding hallway cl. door on floor, laundry room dust and no clean white doors dirty. Horrible all dark rugs. Sorry, but the only clean tings were the sheets and towels...!

This was a nice, cozy place to unwind for a few days.

Good place to stay, accurately described. Just double check the address- the address VRBO gave us upon confirmation and the address given in check in instructions were different and didn’t take us to their front door which made check in confusing. Also, just a FYI that this place is up on a hill and the drive wasn’t clear like the roads so plan your vehicle accordingly. Would stay again.

The place was homey and comfortable, check in info was received in a timely manner and Ron was able to answer any questions promptly. I would absolutely stay there again. Access to Hunter Mt for our ski trip was right down the road

The place was comfortable, well stocked with necessities and close to the mountain. We stayed as a group of 4 and had plenty of space for us and our equipment. The kitchen was stocked with cooking ware and bathroom had plenty of towels and toiletries. It was also about 5min drive to Hunter parking lot and within 30min drive to many beautiful hiking spots. I highly recommend this place to stay

This condo at Scribner Hollow Community was perfect for our family of four. It was very comfortable and clean. It had everything that we could need for a five night ski vacation. There was plenty to do when we were not skiing- lots of DVD movies and games. We especially loved how close the condo was to Hunter Mountain and the awesome view of the mountain from the living room. I definitely recommend this place!

Perfect location to ski Hunter Mtn. Easy check in and parking steps from the unit. Everything was clean and owner was quick to answer any questions.

Short stay, nice view and convenient to Tannersville with shops, and nearby Hunter Brewery.

This is a very nice modest size unit. Clean and comfortable. Love the fireplace, views are great and close proximity to many outdoor activities. The owner is very nice as well. Will stay again.

Absolutely perfect place to crash after a day of skiing. Close to everything and has everything you need to be comfortable.

The condo is in a great location close to Hunter Mt., less than 5 min drive to the parking lot.When we arrived, there was a dried up juice spill on the kitchen table, mold growing on the bathroom mat and in the coffee maker, food scraps in the sink drain, cob webs on the fireplace mantle and in the bathroom, and the towels had been folded and put away wet. We also noticed that some of the furniture did not match the pictures in the listing, which seem to have been taken some time ago. We cleaned up some ourselves and spent two nights at the condo. We returned home on Monday and reached out to Ron to make him aware of the issues. He did not apologize and asked why we hadn’t let him know on Friday, which is a reasonable point. I emailed him the pictures we took three different times because the first two times they did not go through. Ron only made me aware they did not go through after following up with him on both occasions. Once he received the pictures, he forwarded to his cleaning staff. A couple days later, Ron informed me that he had visited the condo and agreed some of the issues we brought up were valid and has replaced the bath mat and coffee maker. Regarding the other issues, we were told that the cleaner could not be expected to notice these things in their short time cleaning the condo. Ron did not apologize and refunded us the cleaning fee for our troubles. Overall, it was not the best experience we’ve had with VRBO. We are grateful that Ron refunded us the cleaning fee and hope that the condo is cleaner for future visitors.

This was perfect for our family of 5. We loved the view of Hunter and the ease of the rental process. The beds were comfortable and it felt cozy after a day on the slopes.

Very easy to rent..

Condo was cozy for three adults and a very convenient location. We enjoyed being so close to both Tannersville and Hunter, and to many great hiking trails. Nice booklet of local information in condo. Great value.

Cant beat the proximity to hunter mountain for a quick skit trip. The condo had everything we needed for a 2 night stay.

The condo had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the fire place. We had an issue with a water leak in the carpet of the bedroom due to a lot of rain but the owners responded quickly when we reached out. It wasn't taken care of during our stay because it wasn't bothering us but we appreciated the responsiveness.

This house was great! Super well located right near Hunter mountain. The check in process was super easy and it was self-check in! We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great location, attentive hosts, and everything you need for a mountain get-away. Perfect location for Hunter Ski area. Our family of three was very comfortable in this condo.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our short stay. The condo is comfortable and the view is great . Hope to come back next year.

Location is perfect. Not as advertised. Furniture is different than pictures. Not as clean as I would have liked. Very musty and no windows to open. Needs a new shower head. Refrigerator runs 24/7. Road leading up to unit is horrible. Garbage all over by the dumpster. Construction on balconies while we were there - garbage from that all over and the workers were using foul language Not a pleasant stay. We left 2 days early

Great location. The condo was clean and orderly. All in all a great stay.

I had a good time with my kids. It was clean, and fully stocked with just about everything we needed. Having firewood there stocked, that little extra we really appreciated as well. Definitely a do again.
