great location and good views

dirty floors, broken door handle, laundry closed all week

Complicated pre check in portal system.

The facilities were really excellent. Everything that one might expect plus a microwave. it was a big room, well lit, well designed and light. It had 5 beds but was not cramped.

There is no reception. registration is totally on line. prior to arrival I received 6 emails all telling me about on line registration. I drove 6 hours to get there. When I arrived the Reception was closed. I wandered around and finally a man emerged who told me that I should “ go check my phone”. It seems a code is sent that will allow me to open a box somewhere and get my key. i don’t have an Australian SIM card. He rang someone who told him that I had an overseas number so she gave him the code and the problem was solved. I can understand that Covid required a new business model but for overseas travellers without an Australian SIM card it does not work. And being told to “ go check my phone” after driving 6 hours was less than hospitable. I’m sorry to write this as it is probably a family hotel and the room far exceeded expectations. I wish them well but the absence of a Reception soured my stay.

plenty of parking

I never met anybody from the motel. it was all done, including check in my txt and machines. I did not like the fact that I had to step into a bath to have a shower. I’m not young and there were NO addition hand rails to steady me. I’m not young and I found it a little difficult.

clean and well located.

no contact at all with staff. need to request an upper floor room if you don’t want a view of a concrete wall.

Location is good, can hire ski equipments across the road.

Can’t connect the WIFI, called staff who just said you need try again and again. The bathroom is not clean, collected a lot of dirty stuff under the toilet base. The room is not sound proof, you can hear next door’s talk.
