It was a good location despite being up a very steep hill and spacious.

It had been cleaned but not to a high standard. Long black hairs on the ground, a couple of dead flies found on the ground, skirting boards were filthy - covered in dust. I was disappointed as I had expected much more. No cleaning is done during your stay unless you’re staying over 9 nights. It would have been nice to at least get towels and sheets changed. Not enough toilet roll was provided, we had to buy more. We had to hose down the outdoor terrace as this hadn’t been done and it was very dirty and covered in leaves. The kitchen hun was sooooo smelly. It would turn your stomach Everytime it was opened and we weren’t provided with enough bin bags for our stay so we had to go buy more. Sheets weren’t crisp white that you would want. They were marked. The travel cot we were provided with for our toddler was very stained for some reason too. The toilet brush was in a diar need of being replaced. Absolutely filthy. We had to put it in a press for our stay as we couldn’t physically look at it for our stay. It was disgusting. Overall I would have been much happier if the place had been cleaner. We were charged €20 for early check in which was 2 hours before the stated check in time. I found this to be quite unnecessary and steep as our entire stay was over €1300 for 5 nights - not cheap. Also they calculated the city tax wrong that we had to pay and we had to correct them on the maths. Not ideal. We were leaving at 10am on our last morning and I had stated this when asked. A guy was due to meet us to inspect the apartment at 9:30 - he arrived a few minutes early so we were still packing our stuff up. This was fine but we were then expected to leave as soon as he did his inspection. So we were left standing at the bottom of the street for 20 minutes waiting for our transport. This was annoying.

Everything was great! The location, the comfort, the size of the apartment, and how well it was equipped. The apartment is quite big compared to most I've stayed in Portugal. The staff was great as well.

For the lack of bad things to stay because everything was great, I'll just say that the owners should put some hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels. You take a shower, and there's no place to hang a towel to dry. It was the only thing that annoyed me.

Location was excellent.

The Sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable.... Also, nothing big - but basics like Salt and Pepper, Wash tabs or Kitchen Roll would have been good. We were a bit surprised at how little or none of that there was.

Location and the available utilities. Each room have full A/C and apartment is central. Seating areas good to sit out and very little traffic noise. Excellent quality towels and showers, fridge, oven and microwave all worked and easy to use. For families another rack for oven would be handy.

Not a reflection on the appartment but for information. Cascais parking on street parking is limited, set down is available outside apartment but if driving to cascais, expect to pay between 25 -40 euros per day carpark charges.

Comfortable apartment near the centre/beach. Well equipped and everything was working well. Good bed and shower. Friendly staff.

A bit noisy with the windows open at street side. Every weekday at 6am the dirt collection truck rattles by.

Very clean. Good/central location. All necessary facilities. Spacious enough for a family of four.

parking is a nightmare, but we knew that prior to renting. There is a parking garage close but it is about €20 per day. Don’t expect street parking. The property was not thoroughly cleaned as many other people have commented on the reviews. There was a half empty conditioner bottle in the bathroom left by a prior renter. There was very limited soap, no shampoo, 2 laundry pods and 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4 night stay. could have had a little more attention to detail and better cleaning and I would have given this 5 stars! reached out several times to discuss this with management and never heard back during our four day stay. hope they get these issues resolved so that everyone has a great experience here. location is close to everything

We felt at home the minute we walked into our apartment and loved the decor. The location was excellent. We would recommend and would stay again.

The complimentary snacks and wine were lovely. Sophia was amazing and supported us through our stay, suggesting restaurants and things to do and answering any questions we had to do with the apartment.

The location is excellent, apartment is well equipped and it is very comfortable.

The bed was a bit too hard but that’s the only negative.

Great location, lots of reataurants, bars and the beach just a few minutes walk away. Plenty of space and lovely decor. Full laundry room downstairs with washers, dryers and irons!

Pull out sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable, fine for a short stay. Had to ask for towels for our fifth guest, got them 20 mins later though.

we were 5 , parents and 3 grown up kids. it was perfect! the apartment is comfortable with everything you need,the location is perfect, the staff are so nice and helpful! and I’m not sure about the other apartments but we had the best shower room ever😀 I highly recommend the place and Cascais!!
