Our Happy Place! Amazing Vacation Home on Lake Hartwell
Notre belle maison au bord du lac est parfaite pour des vacances en famille ou multi-familles. L'espace de vie est réparti sur trois niveaux et comprend une grande terrasse. Le niveau principal comprend une chambre (lit king size), une salle de bains, le salon principal donnant sur le lac, la cuisine, la salle à manger, la cheminée et la télévision grand écran. Le premier étage (sous-sol) a une chambre (lit king et salle de bain attenante), une salle de bain supplémentaire avec grande baignoire, cheminée, canapé-lit, table de billard, télévision grand écran, grand bar et front de mer. Le troisième étage comprend deux chambres (2 lits queen dans un et un lit queen dans l'autre) et une salle de bain.
Nous avons une cour en pente douce menant à un grand quai couvert avec un slip de bateau et des remontées mécaniques à double jets. Nous avons également un grand parking.
Nous sommes à seulement 20 minutes de Seneca pour faire du shopping et manger, à 30 minutes de Clemson (idéal pour les week-ends de football) et Anderson et à 90 minutes d'Atlanta.
Pour ceux qui aiment le golf, le parcours 18 trous de Chickasaw Point est à moins de 15 minutes.

We had a wonderful girls week. Having stayed in the house before a couple of years ago before the renovations we were excited to stay a second time. The pictures do not do the renovations justice. The kitchen, dining and living space was fabulous. The downstair bathroom and bedroom renovation was just we needed. Debra is wonderful to deal with and she is always quick to respond. I have recommended this house to several people since since my stay.

My wife and I stayed for a month and our two daughters and their families who live in Atlanta visited on the weekends and sometimes during the week. The house was fantastic and well stocked with supplies. All bedrooms and bathrooms were great and ready for our arrival. The dock and lake and weather were perfect. Hosts were better than great. My wife cried when we left. We will be back next year for an even longer stay.

This lake house is amazing! It was so clean and well decorated. Several of the rooms are very large and our party of 10 felt like we had ample space. Love the 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and the lower living space with a pool table. Everyone had hours of fun playing pool! We also enjoyed the fire pit one night before the rain came. It would be a great place to stay when it's warm enough to use the lake. The host was extremely responsive every time I sent her a question. The kitchen had everything we needed including nice sized coffee mugs. There is ample parking which was nice since we had 4 vehicles. There are plenty of games to play and puzzles to do. We would definitely stay here again! Note that the road to the house is quite winding so we were glad it was above freezing during our stay so we didn't have to worry about getting out. Also, you have to take your own trash to the local recycling area. It's not far but if you check out on a Sunday or Wednesday, it's closed so you have to carry it with you.

We enjoyed a wonderful time at this beautiful lakeside home. The house is spacious and was able to accommodate our children and grandchildren. The living area was huge with an amazing view of Lake Hartwell. There were plenty of roomy bedrooms for all of us to sleep comfortably. Owners are very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We love this property! This was our 3rd time staying here and our 1st since the renovations. Everything really works well together, easy to work in the kitchen together. The only downside we found is when you sit down to eat at the tables in the evening the sun is in your eyes and it really needs more handrails on the stairs and in the shower. We definitely will want to stay here again, it's like coming home!

This property is fantastic! The house is recently renovated and wonderfully appointed. The dock and lot and outdoor living spaces are great as well. The owners check in and out process was smooth and easy. Can’t wait to come back next year with friends and family for another stay!

Everything about this property lived up to the advertising. We were staying there for a Clemson football weekend and enjoyed every minute.
This house has everything you need for a wonderful getaway experience. My family is thinking of renting another time for a family lake vacation.

This house was the perfect place for our Labor Day weekend getaway!! We really loved everything about the house. It is a great size with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a great dock!! We enjoyed our stay very much and plan on returning!

Elegant & beautiful, but also airy, spacious, easy to keep clean, and accommodating. We've stayed here before--it was great!--and recent renovations have just made it even better. Kitchen wonderfully equipped! Perfect for relaxing inside, and big, flat lawn and covered dock for playing outside. Debra and Rodney , our hosts, made it all easy. A+.

This property was fantastic for all ages! From swimming, docking our boat, fishing, cooking, to having enough space for the kids to play. We could not have found a more suitable place to stay!! We look forward to many more vacations here. The property owners were amazing and only a call away with any questions.

Where do i start! The family and I love absolutely LOVE this property. This is the 2nd year we have stayed here and the first year since the remodel! The addition/renovations to the main floor blew us away. It offers so much more space that we found ourselves spending a lot of time around the table eating and playing games. All the rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are clean with great finishes. The yard is unmatched compared to other properties around the lake. Debra the owner is super friendly with great communication. We already booked for next year and it can't come fast enough!

The house was perfect! We stay on the water ALOT, lake location very busy. Considering it was the week of July 4th and lakes can be busy but this location was busier than any we have stayed in during the 4th. We tube, ski, wake board and it was rough. Even as the week went on it was a little better but still very active with boats. Again I understand it was the busy week of year. We certainly appreciated the communication between us and the owner. They are very supportive and work hard to make their place very comfortable and inviting. Would add, additional blankets would be a benefit. Overall rating still a 5 because dock, house, yard for playing and games, excellent. We had a great vacation and have wonderful memories. Thank you!!

ABSOLUTELY love the remodel!! This is our second time renting this house. My family has decided this house on the lake is more relaxing than the beach!! We were close to the water and all the kids enjoyed playing in the water and jumping off the dock. We love your vacation home!! Thank you for sharing it with us!! We will definitely be back!!

This is by far the best lake house we have stayed in. There is so much room indoors and out. The three levels give everyone a chance to spread out and the kitchen is fabulous. Enough room to congregate after a day on the water. Thank you to the Wyche family for letting us enjoy their beautiful home.

This is the second time we have stayed at a Wyche home and it was great. Debra was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Inside there was everything you need and the beds were comfortable. We had an amazing Thanksgiving week at this house. It was large enough for three families to have their own rooms and spread out. The view was amazing! We will hopefully be back!

This is our second time staying here and we will be back. Great house with a lovely view of the lake and fairly close to Clemson. House is well laid out and large enough that you never feel like you are tripping over each other which is great for family get togethers. Home is well apportioned and nicely decorated. Very responsive hosts. Highly recommend.

Very good for family gathering. Spent most our time on the dock, on the decks, around the campfire pit or paddling in the lake! Plenty of space indoors for 6 of us to have our own personal "space." Would suggest the a few more untensils in the kitchen (cutting board, vegetable peeler, sponge) and some cleaning supplies available (mop, broom). But would definitely go back!!

My friends and I had a great time. The house was spot on. We were able to drop the boat in the water and go a few minutes down the lake to park right at the property. Excellent boat dock and location.

My family of four stayed with two other families - also with children. The yard is great for all the kids to play in along with the dock. The beds were super comfy and the home had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor space - two patios/balconies, oversized yard, and sandy area by the dock. We had an issue with the speaker on the TV, but the owner came by and had it resolved immediately. We plan on staying here next year as well. Don't question it, just book it!

This house was wonderful for our family--from babies, toddlers, toddlers, a teen, young and old adults. Lots of coomfortable spaces on the 2 stories, easy and plentiful relaxation. Huge lot for playing games, large dock for relaxing and swimming. Everything was perfect!

Good times at the lake!
Great house, well stocked, clean, superb water location! About 15 minutes by boat to Marina for fuel, food and rentals. House is close to a nicer Dollar General, Gas station, pizza place and liquor store. 3 level house with stairs inside but an easy walk from house to the dock/lake. Would definitely stay again. We love Hartwell Lake!

Amazing home!
We enjoyed our stay at this home so much! Perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable for all. Just like the photos. This home is perfect for a group of people to stay…lots of room to spread out with the two living rooms. Dock was great and everyone enjoyed swimming in lake. We would stay here again for sure. I almost hate to tell others how wonderful it is as I want to book it every time we have to travel to Hartwell over the next four years. The home itself is super spacious, the basement(ground level) has recently been remodeled and is a true oasis.
The home has everything one could need, a beautiful dock and several fantastic outdoor areas. The owners are extremely responsive and one an tell they take excellent care of the property. I had a million questions for Debbie and she answered each one with kindness and patience. We will absolutely be returning and could have fit three families easily.

An awesome week with the family
This home was nearly perfect for our family of 6. We had way more space than we needed and it was right on the water with a great dock for our pontoon boat. Modern, clean, and homey with all the amenities as advertised. The owner addressed a couple of small maintenance problems promptly. We would highly recommend this property for as many as 12. Do be advised that the location is at the top of a 2-mile long, very winding and hilly paved road. Travel it slowly.

Fabulous vacation property
Stayed here for a week and the house was like a home away from home. The house was immaculate and even stocked with plenty of towels, paper products and incidentals I hate bringing from home. Debra was great to work with. Will definitely be back.
