Really ice beach house.

We have always camped so this was our first time staying in a house (and using Vrbo). We were pleasantly surprised! House had plenty of room for my husband, 4 year old daughter and I plus grandparents plus dogs! Daughter was thrilled with kid nook play area, ping pong was fantastic, beds were comfy and fenced yard was great for the dogs! Loved the decor of this house! We had a great time!

The house is well furnished with linens and kitchen wares. Very short walk to huge sandy beach. Little store right across the street. Highly recommend this house for a quiet getaway. Thank you! We had a wonderful time.

The house is in an excellent location and the walk to the beach is less then five minutes. Lots of games and lots of options on the TV.

We had an amazing long weekend at this cute rental. Spacious, stocked with games and books, and the beach is a five minute or so walk. Well stocked kitchen . Plus our dog had a great time. We would definitely return. Great memories and our host got back to us immediately when we had a question about checkout . So glad we stayed here.

This is our 3rd year celebrating Thanksgiving in Pacific Beach and our second stay in this house. We had 7 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs and there was plenty of space for everyone. We love the "kid space" that they have created and the kitchen has plenty of elbow room to make a Thanksgiving meal. Not to mention the beach is an easy 5min walk down the road and the store across the street is very convenient for anything that was forgotten. 10/10 recommend and I'm sure we will stay here again!

I rent this house for me and my children but I would recommend it to any group who likes ping pong, campfires, walks to the beach and bbqing. If you have a small or large group up to 10 this is a comfortable and peaceful house filled with colorful and soft bedding and furniture. They have many kitchen appliances and tools, very convenient to not have to bring our own. I'm not very tech savvy and had to have help with the stick for the tv but it worked just fine and they sent someone right away to help. This rental is ideal as it is homelike, warm and filled with fun. The layout inside and out, is great for inclusion and also separating for once on one activities. Oh and once again the beds are heaven, I slept incredibly well. The location is super convenient in pacific beach.. 25 minutes drive to Ocean shores and 32 to the jetty. Only about an hour and half south of the Quinault rainforest and the giant spruce tree. There are lots of rocks to be hounded and beautiful waterfalls to see along the way. This getaway would be great even for a couple who wants to get away and feel at home as well. Thank you as always for sharing your wonderful home for us to make some of the most precious memories! My daughter loves spending her birthday here. Zhe loves it so much she asked if we could buy it. Lol, have a wonderful autumn!

This was our 2nd stay at Lucky 13. The house is spacious and clean. Lots of games and puzzles, kitchen well stocked, and a nice wood stove (Duraflame logs only) in the main room to help take the chill off. It’s a quick walk to the beach. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

We were so lucky to find this place available for a family get-together! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, beach only a block away. We had a wonderful time, just wish it could have lasted longer!

Home away from home. We love everything about this home and hope to come back later in the year when hopefully (fingers crossed) the weather may be warmer. This place is so comfy and welcoming and we love Pacific Beach! It's an authentic beach town (wink-wink) and its awesome!

We loved staying at this house. We had family up from Mississippi, who had never been to the ocean. The location of the house to the beach was very nice, we were able to walk to the beach, it was nice not having to pile in the cars to go to the beach. Having the convenience store and coffee stand close was nice. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Great place, larger than in pictures. Very unique old beach house. Fun decor, large dinning table, great for games. Walking distance to beach and good coffee shop.

My sister, wife, and mom all got together for a birthday this past weekend. We all had to drive from 5-7 hours away, and this house was absolutely perfect for our get together weekend! It was fully stocked with everything we needed, super close to the beach, it was spacious and cozy, and quite affordable for the 7 of us. Couldn't recommend it more!

Great family oriented place with lots of games.

We loved our time here. Able to bring the entire family (including four legged kids) and enjoy each other but still have space when needed. Comfortable, clean, and close to the beach. Our son cried when we got home because he misses the house and wants to go back. Looks like we will be making a future trip back. Thank you for sharing your place with others.

Wonderful place and great location

We were felt at home as soon as we walked in. We loved the amount of counter space in the kitchen with two sinks. There was more than enough space for gathering on the main floor for 6 adults. We stayed toasty warm with the fireplace. Even though our kids are grown, it would have been a perfect place to bring them when they were young. The fenced backyard allowed our daughters' dogs to play outside.

This house was perfect for our annual getaway with friends. Lots of room for everyone; nicely stocked kitchen; great location. Only a very short walk to the beach. Also very pet friendly. Will rent this house again.

This house was the perfect beach house for our extended family. The decor was cute and the furniture comfortable! The large dining room table was a huge hit for having family dinners and playing board games. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. Having a master bedroom downstairs was perfect for my older parents and the fenced yard was great for the dogs. The kitchen was well stocked and the internet was steady and strong. While the weather was stormy we stayed cozy playing games and watching movies.

This house was perfect for our family of 4 (which includes 2 toddlers that get into everything!) There were toys, games, tv and plenty of room to run. The fenced in yard was also perfect for our pups. We hope to make it an annual trip! We also love the proximity to the beach and quiet town.

We stayed here last year with the same group of friends, love this house, very unique decor, great price, simple, relaxing, fun! We love that it's dog friendly as well as fully fenced! Very nice for our fur babies. Has games and toys for the kids as well. The only thing we wish it had that it doesn't is a hot tub!
