The ensuite bathroom wasn't had mould

Spacious. Very good location.

There were black mold in En-suite bathroom. Flat isolation is week. Came to much noise from the boy upstairs playing ball all day.

This was a Serviced Apartment so food facilities were not part of the package. The Kitchen was reasonably well equipped, though the small appliances could have been a better quality. We had an issue with the Toaster which has been reported to the owners. Furnishings good, lounge and bedroom sizes comfortable and good sizes. Bathroom and En-Suite really nice, plenty of towels and consumables.

The apartment was really quite overly warm. The only apparent way of adjusting this was by turning down the radiators, which, ultimately, was not a satisfactory solution. None of the bedside lamps didn't work. Sometimes expect one but all three? Poor housekeeping. The Toaster was faulty and caused other electrical faults. Again, someone not checking prior to the occupants arriving. To be fair, we did not report any of this until we left as we were not in the actual apartment for any length of time but we did give feedback on our return home.

Everything is perfect! My 3rd stay and already booked a 4th stay for the new year!

Good location when you find it.

Difficult to locate. Hot water serves just one bath and runs out.

Very quiet and restful. Came with work so okay. Close to everything

Getting keys was difficult. Kitchen facilities minimal. Oven and microwave didn't work properly. Internet slow.

Could have done with a tea towel, however there might have been one there and I missed it

Shower in bathroom never had much pressure but the shower in ensuite was great.

Superb value for money. Very comfortable, clean apartment. Couldn't have asked for more really.

My only slightly negative point is that my bedroom over looked the main doors to the complex and that was really noisy with people returning in the early hours.

Lift was out of order for our entire stay and had we known this we would have requested a ground floor room as one of our party struggles with stairs. No airer in our apartment for drying clothes. limited trays for oven

Excellent apartment. Big and well equipped, modern and clean.

Couldn’t get in, had to wait for someone to come out then enter building to get keys to then go back down to garage to bring gear up as door locked from garage to lift. Also beds need replacing, well used.

The lift wasn’t working and had been out of order for over a week. Apartment needs repainting, it’s a very tired place compared to when I last stayed. It was a little dirty too. The bed wasn’t comfortable and overall the apartment was very hot. I forgot it’s location is by a busy road so it was too noisy for me with the windows open at night. The staff

It was everything I was looking , it was very clean and staff very helpful on the phone and quick response .it was like home from home and I would 100 percent recommend to anyone to stay . Best one yet I have stayed at will definitely be coming back and Thankyou for a wonderful stay

I liked everything about the property there was nothing I didn’t like from comfort to sleep was great
