Everything was great except for WiFi connection.... I am a NHS nurse all I wanted was to sleep well and relax and watch TV but the WiFi was really bad

An excellent service apartment with double bedrooms, private kitchen and private bathrooms to stay with family. Kitchen has microwave, oven and utensils. Very good heating system, 2 large TV with internet. Weekly cleaning and staff members are very nice.

The location was clean. The hosts were very friendly and helped us immediately with our problems/questions.

There could have been some more dishes such as plates or bowles and cups. The floor and the kitchen/sitting room could be a bit more cosy.

Convenient location, nicely furnished, well equipped, comfortable beds, clean linen.

Refrigerator, baking tray, kitchen floor and worktops not clean on arrival. No bath mats provided and shower tends to flood the bathroom.

The location was convenient for our purposes. the apartment was large and great to have a washing machine .

The three main selling points in the advertising for this apartment is free parking, netflix and wifi , we did not have netflix the entire time, the manager gave us different solutions to try and fix it ourselves, none of them worked . The internet only worked after a few days of email correspondence with the manager , in the end my partner fixed it. There is a car park nearby, but the instructions to find it are not very clear. The apartment had a washing machine, but nowhere to hang the washing . A cleaning fee is charged if the apartment is not left clean, but I had to clean the kitchen cupboards before I could put anything in them. The main entrance to the apartments is propped open with a door mat every night, which is a safety concern. Close to the time of booking you have to download a copy of your passport to the managers, which is also a concern.

Perfect location for working at the Farnborough airshow, dont let the kerbside appearance deceive you as the apartment is spacious and well appointed despite being tucked away. The Indian restaurant downstairs is really good and very friendly, but book early they get busy. I extended my stay and this was no problem and we'll managed.

We had a few issues with keys but this was quickly resolved by the host on arrival.

The price and the location very near the conference centre, parking was near and local takeaway was good Cleaning equipment plentiful supplies Good sizes TV

£30 cleaning charge. The property looked as though the last guest tied it up but not a cleaner. The cooker top was greasy the Microwave greasy finger marks cupboards had spilt salt and spice in them. Cobwebs in the bathroom window. The heating had been turned down at the boiler, so the thermostat did not work. Had worked that out the second day. Plates and mugs need updating as all odd and a few are missing.

perfect place, everything you need we were a group of 4 men travelling for work purposes would definitely use again and hosts are fantastic, nothing too much trouble and everything you need we’ll be back ! Thankyou

The entrance from the street is a little decieving

We found the Apartment excellent, comfortable and warm + staff were very helpful + friendly.

really enjoyed our time in the apartments, very clean and tidy huge parking space warm water and very very cosy, home away from home
