Buen hotel, precio calidad

La ubicación es excelente, a una cuadra de la playa, personal muy atento y cordial, habitaciones muy amplias y limpias. Piscina buenísima desayuno aunque repetitivo. abundante y rico.

Experiência não agradável.

localização do hotel é boa e café da manhã bom.

Entrei no quarto o quarto cheirava a QBOA, ao ligarmos o ar codicionado parecia que tinha um trator no quarto, pedi a troca e me informaram que eu ia pra um quarto com ar split , cheguei era o mesmo tipo de ar condicionado ainda barulhento porém aceitável. Ao tomar café da manhça percebemos uma poça de água se formando e fecharam a porta de acesso, e começaram a limpar, mas niguém da equipe informou que se tratava ao sair do café vimos o teto quebrado e um vazemento enorme de água, e mesmo assim eles não informaram o que estava acontecendo, faltou transparência, tivemos que subri 15 andares de escada pois o elevador ficou fechado.

Hotel muito bem localizado,de fácil acesso e proximo da praia.Oferecem um delicioso café da manhã e quartos confortáveis. Certamente retornaremos em outras oportunidades!!!

The only reason why I don't rate it as exceptional is that the elevators are old and small (only 5 people) and were always crowded, especially around 8:30 am for breakfast or around the time groups had to go to excursions. Also there is not a different elevator for people going/returning from the beach.

the staff lacks basic customer service skills, the building lacks basic maintenance and the rooms are not clean properly

one of the elevators didn’t work, making it very difficult for my mother who is elderly to go up and down. sometimes we went by stairs as the wait was over 20 minutes . the staff on the front desk was also very rude. I asked them to help my mom and I carry out luggage to the car and they said “we don’t offer this as a service.” I asked them , again, and they repeated they don’t do that. first hotel I have ever stayed in that refuses to help guests with luggage. on top of this, they helped someone right before us.

The hotel is good for the price paid.

Almost everything was great.

The elevator get really busy in the morning, during the breakfast time, be prepared to use the stairs.

Good price and location, it needs improvement in the room.

I like the price of the room and the location.

I didn't like the parking scheme, there was not parking available in the hotel so we had to walk a long distance to be able to park the car. Also the breakfast was really strange, there was lots of people there all talking loudly. The room I started on the third floor seemed to be old. I like things clean and organized
