The location is not far from the center, good parking, great breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The beer tap in the basement is a nice surprise.

My room was clean and comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly, facilities were enough for my needs, breakfast was okay.

The hair dryer in my room was very old and barely working, could be replaced with a new one.

I think they have a similarly good breakfast when compared to other hotels. What I suggest, since they have many of Saudi/UAE visitors. It would be better if they offered some Arab food options in breakfast. (Hummus, Falafel, etc.) and it’s really good for non-Arab.

Delicious breakfast, amazing staff (moc děkujeme :)) dressed traditionally in dirndl, very cozy place near many hiking possibilities, and a chillout zone. Thank you Baránkovi to provide us with such great services (and a good weather :)), we enjoyed our stay to maximum.

Great breakfast selection with live music, good location, comfortable room and nice balcony. Excellent hospitality and a very detailed guidebook with all sorts of possible programs in the area.

The great hotel and staff. Breakfast is also good. My husband missed breakfast time, but the lady prepared meal for him even though the breakfast time was over. In addition, we had to move out earlier and the receptionist together with Mr. Baranek on the line confirmed that we can do it without any additional payments. It was very kind of them. The room is great and clean.

Can't really be unsatisfied about our stay at this hotel. The only thing I could mention is a bit of advice to the hotel to review who is making a reservation. Since we made a reservation for 2 adults + infant we would expect to have a room on the first floor (groundfloor) because we carry a lot of stuff like stroller, car seat and baggage, but we got a room on the 3d floor, which was not that convenient. Anyway, it is just an advice to make stay for your guests even more pleasant.
