A larger resort right by the sea and a short distance from the jetty where the sea lion cruises depart. Excellent staff, they extended our check-out for free.

It would have been nice to have had at least 24 hours available for the bedroom, checkin at 15:00 and checkout at 12:00 (that they really nicely extended to 13:00) was a bit short Plugs didn't work everywhere for our European devices but that is really an unimportant detail

the location is very good. the hotel’s pool are beautiful, the rooms are new and beds are incredibly confortable

the hotel was quite dead despite being very close to fiestas patrias, many areas are still closed and they could make an extra effort to create a better vibe. the pool needs to be heated. one was apparently heated but we did not feel it was so we could not use any pool at the end.

Personnel is very kind and helpful. Hotel is very nice, top quality.

The whole hotel is lovely, it felt really luxurious and the facilities were brilliant. The welcome drinks were a lovely added touch, the kids club staff were very sweet and our children loved the play areas. The pool beds and cabanas were very comfortable, and the tiered layout of the pool was brilliant.

Our balcony door didn't lock so we couldn't secure the room, despite reporting to staff they didn't do anything to resolve it. On the Saturday night the hotel had a music evening out by the pool. It didn't get started until 8pm and was so incredibly loud there was no escaping it. We had both our young kids in tears until 10pm. Firstly, we had no advanced warning about this (apparently we should have been given their entertainment program upon check-in), Secondly the staff offered no solutions when my husband went down to reception at 9pm to complain. Our kids were exhausted the next morning, the day of a night bus so I went to ask reception if we could have an extra hour or two in the room to allow them to go back to bed at lunch time for a nap - they offered ZERO compassion and tried to charge us ridiculous amounts of money. It took 3 attempts with various different staff members, and a combination of bad cop/good cop routine for the manager to finally see sense and offer us 2hrs additional in the room without charge. Overall we loved the hotel but the lack of customer service with this incident completely overshadowed it.

there is no valet parking no one helps us with the luggage we found a hair in our dish in the restaurant we went at night for picarones they confirmed and at the end they didn't bring it
