Great location

The car parking space was very small for a family sized car

Beachfront location in a vibrant part of town with a great terrace. We were able to attend business meetings, go swimming and enjoy local entertainment in the area less than 10 minutes' walk away. The city has a small town charm and you feel safe walking around, but it is still very well connected by public transport to Barcelona and the airport. The hospitality of the hosts is at a high level and they are always ready to help.

Location is right in centre of the Village, if this is what suits you, - Very close to the Beach also. No shortage of Restaurants and Bars.

The photo's of the Apartment were obviously a few years old, significant wear and tear on this property, not expected, given the costs. Could do with a freshen up from the worn Ikea Furniture and floor coverings- Also a guide to the facilities inside the apartment would have been helpful. Where everything is kept, how to use the various appliances and so forth. Surprised that no previous guests mentioned this in their reviews?, but there is a large extractor Fan immediately beside the Roof terrace( Penthouse 1), coming from the next door restaurant. The smells are constant and are overbearing at times - we couldn't enjoy sitting outside, so we rarely used it - a pity as its a good size, but smells were too bad. The Water went off in the building the day before we left and we received no assistance nor communication from the Property Mngt team or a Plumber. Regardless of it being out of hours, it was a real disappointing end to our stay. Whilst I will acknowledge they allowed us 1 extra hour on departure time the following day after complaints were made. It may have been out of their control but when paying a premium this high for a property our expectations should be exceeded. Even gestures of bottled water being brought to the Building - Full of families at the time would have been a help. While the staff were pleasant and apologetic when Checking out - it was just wasn't good enough.

I like that al communication was so easy on mail, so We could go directly to the flat from the airport. Easy with doorcode, instead off Keys or card. The appartment was just like the pictures. Big and Bright. Everything was Nice 👌👌

Great location

The location of the apartment is very good. It is located in the city center, very close to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment is clean and very well equipped. It has a beautiful terrace. Very good contact with the owners of the apartment. Check-in takes place at a different address, but it is also possible to check-in online. This is a very convenient option. I would love to come back to this apartment.
