The food was nice.
First, when we went inside, the room was so hot, you couldn't breathe, and second, there were some kind of smell that bothered a lot.
I also had a bad experience with the staff from the reception so unprofessional.

They have a beautiful garden and the staff was very kind and all can speak English. The food was great and the prices were very decent. During evenings they have a musician who plays the guitar very softly and discretely. I have felt wonderful and I really recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to enjoy good food, good music, quiet and wonderful staff.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff is very friendly. There was no standard room available and I end up with the luxury room with the spa. I didn’t get to use it so I can’t rate that. The room is very nice except I was on the back side where I hear the dog barking most of the time. Parking was scarce on certain days but I’m glad there’s underground parking.

Our stay with my mother was relaxing and we enjoyed the facilitys.Everything was great , the most part that I enjoyed were the herbal sauna .

There was no enough parking space and the breakfast should be more various.

My mom and sister visited the hotel for 2 nights relaxation.
They had a great experience, food was delicious, The spa area spotless clean and mostly the staff were very kind and friendly.
Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone.

Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Location was okay. WiFi worked well. Breakfast was excellent with freshly made eggs and pancakes and a good choice at the buffet.
The spa was supposed to open until 8pm, but at 5.30pm part of the saunas and the whirlpool were already closed. Also, it was hard to sleep because a party took place in the hotel with extremely loud music beyond midnight. From a high-priced wellness hotel I would expect some peace and quietness.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, starting from the staff at reception, ending with staff at the restaurant, the quality of the breakfast and food is great.
The suite we had was a first class one, we will definitely come back to this place, we loved the town and our experience was great.
We would highly recommend this lovely gem to anyone looking for a quality and comfortable stay.
