Das Deluxe Doppelzimmer ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist top!

In der Unterkunft konnte man die Fenster nicht öffnen. Es gab kein warmes Wasser, weil der Boiler abgestellt war. Dann gab es keine Pflegeartikel und auch keinen Föhn.

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Lage ist sehr gut.

Das Zimmer, was ich über booking gebucht habe, haben wir nicht bekommen, weil irgendwas durcheinander gebracht wurde. Interessant war, dass wenn man Zimmer direkt am Hotel bucht, diese günstiger sind als über booking. Nachts war es durch eine Gruppe Jugendlicher total laut bis jemand, nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit, für Ruhe gesorgt hat.

The location was good. The hotel rooms are a good size. Triple glazed windows make the place quiet.

The place was not clean. The bathroom was very smelly and dirty. Initially they gave us a room that was not been cleaned up from the people before. We asked for another. Reception lady had no idea which rooms have been cleaned up or not. With the next key they literary said "tray this one and let me know". The air-conditioning was not working and the remote controls for the TV and aircon where very dirty and sticky with food.

- reception was not staffed when we arrived although we arrived within the time frame indicated in our booking. - the receptionist did not speak English and was not friendly - The room was no more than half the size of the one we booked. - There was no signage on the exterior of the buiding.and the entry was signed to the gaming area - The entry required going up a flight of stos but the exit allowed access directly to footpath level. - No direct lighting at the lift area - The drain in the shower drained very slowly, meaning that we stood in 2-3 cm of water while showering. We raised the issue, got an "I'm sorry" but the issue was not fixed. - No soap or gel in the shower area. - Only one stool in the room. - No facilities for eating - cups, plates, toaster, hot water kettle, cuttlery etc.

The room space, comfort and clean.

The parking - there are only 3 parking spaces located on the main road for the entire hotel. This is the insufficient.

The room was clean and comfortable. Good location.

There were no toiletries, even though it was stated upon booking that these are available. The free parking is actually the one on the near grocery store.
