Felt like a resort. The condo was clean with lots of space. Loved how the rooms were seperated with its own privacy. Very confortable. The view, trails of the location was definitely relaxing. Definitely if in the area will look to stay here. Thank you to the host for allowing us to stay and being attentive. 5 star for sure.

Absolutely beautiful property and condo. Very spacious and everything we needed. Convenient to everything in Palm Coast. Owners followed up with us and kept in touch and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect hosts. We are looking forward to our next stay here! We could sit all day and enjoy the view from the screened porch!

We had a great stay at Ana & Robs condo at Canopy Walk. Great pool area, and gym. Great views on the lanai of the intercoastal. Perfect location near what we love, the beach, great restaurants, and St Augustine. Very comfortable and felt at home. Thanks again Ana and Rob!

The property was great, the view over the waterway was nice, and the community pool was really enjoyable! Maybe it was the time of the year but a lot of the shops in the European Village were closed (that’s not the fault of the listing at all). All in all we had a great family vacation there!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had everything we needed. The hosts were great and in contact. The view from the porch is wonderful. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. There are miles of walking pathways.

We had a wonderful week here. The property is just beautiful and we chose it because of the walking and bike paths along the water. The condo was so clean, the check in process was easy, and the owners were very attentive to our needs. Overall a great week!

We had a great time. From visiting Alligator farm, Light houses, Marine Science Center and family. At Canopy Walk we enjoyed Basketball, Pool and Hot tub. I was impressed how relaxing it was watching Dolphins swim by and how peaceful the area is. The Condo is well kept and clean and in a great central location.

I stayed with my 14 y/o son in this condo. Right when I walked in I noticed how clean the condo was. The beds were comfortable and everything was spacious. My son was able to fish the river and I enjoyed the pool each day. Rob was great in checking on us to make sure our stay was wonderful. We will be back.

This condo has a superb view of the inter coastal. We thoroughly enjoyed watching beautiful boats as well as dolphins!
The condo is fully equipped with anything you could possibly need during your stay. Any questions are very promptly answered by the owners.
Palm Coast is a more residential area of Florida where you can enjoy what Florida has to offer without all the tourist attractions.
We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our 2 month stay at canopy walk. Thank you to Owner Rob making our stay comfortable. Withered a hurricane together and they keep in contact the entire time. Also weekly updates. Enjoyed the club house gym and pool with multiple bike and walking trails alongside Intercoastal way. Can’t thank you enough David and Melodie

This was our fourth time staying at Canopy Walk, second time in this condo and can’t wait to come back. Perfect location and the condo is beautiful. It’s very clean, has beautiful water views, and has everything you need. Owners were very helpful any time we needed to ask a question.

Highly recommend
We've stayed at this property on several occasions and it never disappoints! The condo is always clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the intracoastal. Miles of walking trails, nice pool and nearby restaurants are a highlight, plus Rob's hospitality is first class.

Relaxing, Beautiful View
Our stay at Ana and Rob's condo for April 2022 was a wonderful, relaxing time. The condo is comfortable and welcoming. We were met with a lovely welcoming gift. Canopy Walk is a lovely compound with amenities that are well taken care of. The walking paths are wonderful and the pond with turtles is a nice touch of nature.
The view from the lanai of the Intracoastal waterway is breathtaking. The variety of birds soaring overhead were an air show. The sunrises were a great way to start the day. We saw a pod of dolphins sitting on the deck of the gazebo.
Lovely place and we will be back.

Best view of ICW from comfy condo!
My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay! Condo was perfectly located on Intracoastal Waters. From the privacy of the lanai watched sunrises, and boats going by. The pool was refreshing and clean. Fitness center excellent as well. We walked and biked each day the various trails connected to the main trail that goes by the condo. We kept our bikes in Rob's garage, right at condo. Peaceful and lush all along the walkways. Close to beaches. Saw dolphins, osprey, among others. One month definitely was not long enough of a stay!

We loved the property. It was very clean and comfortable. It was pretty spacious too. Would definitely stay there again.

Fun Stay
We had the best time at Ana and Rob’s condo. Pictures don’t do it justice. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The owners made sure to check on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The view of the waterway was extremely relaxing. If you enjoy getting outdoors, the boat dock was perfect to fish (we caught and threw back a big flounder along with a variety of other small fish). The running path right out the door was also nice, as well as the gym. We enjoyed dinner at Red Koi at the European Village right down the road. The pizza place there was great for take out, too! We will be back.

Great place to stay! Felt warm and inviting the minute we stepped in. Enjoyed the walk along the water each morning. Short ride to Flagler where we enjoyed the beaches and oceanside dining. Wish our trip was longer!

Family Vacation
The condo was so much nicer than the pictures, it was beautiful. The location is great bc of the bike trails right behind the condo that go along the water and all over Palm Coast. We did end up going home a week early bc the pool was closed down when we got there and remained closed. Apparently it had been shut down for maintenance issues for quite some time and wasn’t going to be open anytime soon. The owner was very helpful about getting our money refunded due to us not being told that there was no pool available.

The timing was not right for them but we did purchase a unit in the 800 building at Canopy Walk. Palm Coast and Canopy Walk are the Goldilocks of Florida, not too hot or too cold, not too developed and busy and not too rural to that you feel you are too far from everything. Relaxing and Fun Time!
My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property was nice and well maintained. We were close to restaurants, grocery stores, and boating, which was perfect for us. It was a very relaxing and fun extended weekend.

Peaceful Place
I enjoyed a month at this property with a fabulous view of the intracoastal. It’s close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The walking/bike path is right there with miles of trails available. The pool and the grounds are well maintained. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location!
This was our first vacation towing our boat along. The convenience of the slip and lift were great! Beautiful grounds on this condo, close to everything yet feels like a peaceful hideaway. There was plenty of room for our party of 6. Restaurants in the area were all amazing, too. We definitely will be back!

Great Condo and Location!
Great location.... Great Condo....even greater owner (Rob).... Wonderful intracoastal waterway view , close access to bike paths and trails... Grounds are well maintained. Owner really cares about your stay and is in weekly contact with you. Plan to stay next year.
