Emplacement et hôtel exceptionnels , c'est vraiment à faire !
L'hôtel de glace incroyable, les igloos très confortables.
Nous avons dîné au restaurant de glace, c'était correct, c'est surtout pour le cadre qu'on vient !
La nourriture du restaurant correct sans plus.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner pourrait être plus varié

It was a completely unique experience! Wonderful way to bring in the new year.
It was quite far away - they weren’t forthcoming about airport transfers. Cabs to/from the airport and the village are very expensive.

La originalidad.
La noche de fin de año, pensamos alojarnos como una noche especial, nos dijeron que esa noche se hacia una cena especial (por 150 euros adicionales por persona, sin posibilidad de otras opciones) Pensando en que seria algo romántico decidimos hospedarnos y gastarnos un dineral entre todo.
Sorpresa la nuestra cuando llegamos y nos dicen que ese dia hay una fiesta, donde vendrán mas de 1500 personas externas, las cuales no se van a hospedar, solo vienen a visitar el hotel y a la fiesta fin de año. El hall, repleto de gente, no cabía ni una aguja. Agobiante. La cena, es una cena buffet compartiendo mesa con desconocidos (súper romántico todo).
Un despropósito de noche donde ser huésped no tiene ninguna ventaja, solo haber pagado una barbaridad de dinero para compartir un pequeño espacio caliente donde quería estar todo el mundo.
No se que tal las otras noches pero para fin de año no lo recomiendo para nada. Una turistada excesivamente cara.

La ubicación no tan cercana a la ciudad permite hermosas vistas en la carretera.
El personal es muy atento.
El restaurante y el bar tienen bella decoración.
Iniciaba la construcción del hotel y el bar de hielo así que había un pop-up bar para mostrar un poco de la experiencia y fue genial.

That the igloo beds were able to do height adjustments functions.
A family of five went fishing. We could not catch any fish because these stafs were cutting next year's huge ice block at a place about 200m away from the fishing point. 190 euros is not cheap, so I wish they would have taken care not to cut the ice during the fishing time. Very disappointing as my family was looking forward to it.

Unfortunately there is nothing to do in the hotel. I wanted a gym and other stuff for people to do. The northern lights are not clear. The glass has ice on it

I was able to see the northern lights just outside of my igloo, and there’s an alarm for it, nice sauna, cool ice bar,
glass was covered with snow, heaters didn’t work, misleading advertising, you can’t see the northern lights from your room if there’s ice, there’s not much to do for solo travellers, many big tourists groups comes for the day, quite expensive for what it is

The glass igloo has everything you need. Comfy bed, refrigerator, shower and so on.
You can see the stars and if you are lucky even polar lights.
Refrigerator in the room is super loud!
Breakfast is an absolute joke.
Super annoying that some people just leave their lights on, it should deactivate automatically after a while.

The glass igloos is places very close to each other, so you can see into the other igloos.

We stayed in a glass igloo which was a cool experience. The ice hotel is great to see and the transfer service to the airport for €20p/p is much cheaper than any taxi service if in a couple. The aurora alarm is a great idea and it went off outside of the usual time for aurora activity so it ensures you don't miss them!
Not necessarily something I didn't like but felt it was unclear that lots of mentioned activities on the site have a cost or need booking in advance. Sledding/borrowing snow shoes is free and available to use on the lake. However ice fishing is €50 p/p, a Snowshoe hike is €90 p/p and the snow Sauna is €90 p/p for 90 minutes and these all require bookings.

Location and scenery was amazing, igloos were comfortable however basic.
The food, this place does not cater for children, my son really struggled to find any food options he liked, breakfast was okay but again could be improved, the price of food was also high. I ordered a pasta meal and it was clear the sauce was from a jar, not fresh, given the price. This needs Improving really let the place down. Electrics were also not working on arrival to the igloo, I notified reception however wasn’t fixed during our stay.

the hotel is secluded. u will need transport. hotel breakfast was OK but the dinner was overpriced and the taste is not up to par. love their aurora alarm. it sounded twice and we glad to c it twice in a night. by the way, from the aurora activity site there was no activity.

Staying in one of the glass igloo was one of my dream. I loved it. We weren't very lucky as it was very cloudy so we didn't see the northern lights but we still enjoyed our stay very much. We booked the snowmobile excursion for the morning, we had a nice lunch and then we booked the private sauna and jacuzzi. The dinner we got at the restaurant was very good as well. After the check out we were also able to visit for free the ice hotel.
Definitely I would recommend it.
