Die Lage der Wohnung und insbesondere der Blick von der Dachterrasse sind etwas ganz Besonderes. Gianpriamo war außerordentlich nett, hilfsbereit und hatte super Tipps für die Gegend.

We loved our stay here, it had everything we wanted – fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill on the terrace, clean and cozy rooms, free parking. Also the host, Gianpriamo, was very kind and gave us many great tips during our stay.

The apartment was very comfortable, located centrally in a charming village of Baunei. The owner was very helpful, giving us plenty of ideas for places to see in the area.

We had 3 stays in Sardinia and we liked this one the best: we had everything we need at the location, the owner was nice, he helped with recommendations and easy to connect with. Much love for the friendly cat. :)

This is a fantastic property, spacious enough for 4 people (2 adults and 2 small kids) with an amazing view from the terrace. It comes with a parking space which is very convenient. Gianpriamo, the host, was super friendly and helpful and gave us useful recommendations and guidance. We highly recommend this property based on our experience.

We had I think the best apartment with a beautiful rooftop and a great view! We felt in love and wanted to stay longer :) Gianpriamo was very welcoming and easy going! Absolutely recommended!!
