Excellent service - so helpful. Smooth and fast check-in! Good level of English - lucky me. Lovely room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, QUIET room - thick walls and great location. Good selection of food in the restaurant. Spa - great. Cheap and wonderful foot massages!

The batter on the room service fish meal could have been crisper. I peeled it off and ate the fish. The french fries were a little tired. The salmon salad - salmon ok but the salad was mostly just lettuce! I was hungry so ate something. It was alright but could be better. My second night's food was better - spaghetti bolognaise. However, the restaurant food was all great.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and amazing breakfast

Great hotel, very beautiful. Food was outstanding, staff were outstanding. I highly recommend any travellers book at the Pullman Weifang. You won't be disappointed.

Everything exceeded my expectations. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel to stay at. I have absolutely no complaints about the accommodation, staff or the food.

Small stuff in hotel was a bit cheap and low quality, not like pullman standards. others was fine. About breakfast i was expecting little better but still reasonable.

The location is great.

Incredibly overpriced for the location. In the room water was 58元 (nearly ten dollars) for a bottle. The room was subpar, similar to something you could easily get for half the price in another hotel. This is the most expensive hotel in Weifang and it’s nowhere near worth it. Upon checkout I asked for the initial deposit to be returned, they assured me they would process it immediately. I ended up having to call them an hour later to make sure they processed my deposit. Now I’m waiting for the returned money to clear and still (10 hours later), waiting for my money to be returned. This is unacceptable.

I came in around 10pm; the kitchen wasnt working and there was nothing working around either. In the morning i got up at 9 and the breakfast was closed and there was barely anything to eat! This place doesnt deserve the Pullman brand! I chose it just because it was the only 5 star I could find in booking.com; i probably would have better service at any Chinese hotel chain.
