The location is perfect for exploring the city center and for nightlife/restaurant hunting
Not a fault, but beware there is no elevator and it's up 4 flights of stairs. If you have a big luggage then it could get tricky

small, uncomfortable bed, no bidet, four flights of stairs no elevator, just two outlets, literally 3 complimentary 3 bags for two people on a 4-day stay.
