Ce condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain est situé dans un petit complexe de seulement 9 unités et a été récemment rénové. Directement en bord de mer avec une promenade privée dans les dunes, vous êtes sûr de passer beaucoup de temps sur les grandes plages de sable blanc.
Après une journée complète à explorer le quartier historique ou la plage à la recherche de coquillages, rassemblez-vous dans le salon confortablement meublé pour regarder un film sur la télévision à écran plat ou détendez-vous sur la véranda entièrement blindée en écoutant les vagues.
La chambre d'amis est meublée avec un lit queen confortable et offre un répit paisible. La chambre principale offre une vue sur l'océan, lit king size, télévision à écran plat et sa propre salle de bain complète.

Property was exactly what we expected. Beach view from balcony was great. The downside was it was cloudy 95% of our stay, one day it rained all day, 2 out of 3 of the beach chairs were broken, but my husband and I relaxed a lot and read several books and ate a lot of delicious seafood.
A cloudy day on the beach is better than a great day at work! No sadness here!

The condo location and surrounding neighborhood was excellent. The 2nd floor balcony was screened so no bug issues in the evening (and morning) while we enjoyed an amazing view (and sounds) of the ocean. A short walk on their private deck and on a little path through the dunes made beach access easy. Spacious and updated EVERYTHING makes this Condo an excellent place to stay when visiting the area.

Property was great and perfect location with ample parking.
I never received a code for the door, so there was a delay in being able to get into the property. Called VRBO and they contacted property manager and problem was resolved immediately.

My husband and I were very pleased with our rental. Well maintained, very clean and the perfect location! We enjoyed front row views of the ocean/beach and beautiful sunrises!
The property is in close proximity to Old Town, The Alligator Farm and many restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this rental property.

Wonderful location with very nice furniture and kitchen. There is a problem with the Master Bath sliding door. If you close it you might not be able to open it.

This property is A+ in every way! My husband and I stayed with our 34 yr old son. First class accomodations right on the beach, upgrades all the way. Our son enjoyed surfing, we all enjoyed hearing the surf from our screened in outdoor sun room. Location is close to downtown St. Augustine, but far enough away to feel remote and quiet (except for the renovation noise from the downstairs unit). We needed a 12" skillet, and Management delivered it just in time for breakfast next morning, great customer service! Would have liked to spend a whole week here.

This place is perfect. Right on beach. You can hear the ocean sitting in screened in porch. If weather permits open the living room doors and let the sound of the ocean lull you to sleep

Wonderful rental, amazing view of sunrise in the morning. Extremely clean property, neighbors were great. Highly recommend staying here again.
Crabby’s beachside has amazing drinks and food. Harry’s downtown is also a must stop.

My wife and I enjoyed a much needed relaxing getaway at the sea oats villas. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and picturesque views of the sunrise.

This unit is in a great location to both old town St. Augustine and the beach and provides very easy, walkability to restaurants, desert shops, and of course the beach. The unit was very clean upon check in, was well decorated, and looked very much like the pictures provided. The only reason I did not give it five stars was because despite having been recently renovated, there are many "little things" that still need attention. Handles to doors are loose, doors are broken at the bottom with little pieces of wood missing, toilet paper holders are falling out of the walls, and one of the sinks in the master bathroom was not properly working, and the front of the oven was being held together with duct tape. These issues did not affect our ability to stay or enjoy our time, I just feel as though for the price you are paying to stay, that those items would be addressed. Again, overall it's a beautiful spot, great access to the beach, very clean, and I would consider staying here again assuming those items are taken care of.

Additional skillets, mugs and place settings would have been great. I think there were only 3 or 4 table knives the 2 skillets probably should be replaced.

My husband, his brother and wife and I came down to attend a concert at the AMP. We rented Sea Oats 5. Lovely and very quiet. Lovely sun rises over the ocean. Neighbors were very friendly. Would stay again!

This property is perfectly situated right off the beach. There are 2 access areas to the beach. The beach is not crowded at all. The apartment comes with all that you would need for a comfortable stay. Endless realty is very responsive in all communication. No hesitation with recommending or making a repeat trip here.

Enjoyed our stay at this larger recently renovated condo. We were missing some things such as steak knives and serving bowls. After notifying management, we received the next day. Condo could use some tlc.

This is a nice property and the property manager was great! The property is fine and is accurately described in the listing. Quiet small complex with easy beach access. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the unit needs attention to a few items by a handy man - fan conduits on sealing coming off, bathroom door in Master does not close, sliding door to porch needs attention. We would stay here again if these minor things were attended to.

This condo has beautiful views and the kitchen has been updated. Back screened porch is tiny but nice. The communications with the manager were great and timely. The proximity to the beach could not have been better. The town was beautiful at Christmas and the restaurants were good but it was full of junk jewelers shops and college clothing. The condo furniture and bedding/towels are shabby. The condo could use a good cleaning. Doors are corroding at base. The pocket door in bathroom doesn’t work at all nor does the fan. Curtains are lousy andblock the view of ocean. Door is tough to open on one side. Living room furniture Is uncomfortable. Arm chair needs to be replaced. Lighting in living room is awful. I would not stay here again for that price point.

Woke up to the ocean waves each morning which was amazing. We used the provided beach chairs and rented bikes for restaurants and grocery store runs - everything we could have needed was within a 1 mile radius. My only suggestion would be to possibly replace the cushions on the balcony chairs - with the property being so close to the shoreline, the cushions understandably have some moisture damage. Other than that, we had everything we could have possibly needed, the property was spacious and clean, and we loved being so close to the beach!

Great place to stay! Very clean rooms and comfortable beds! We had 4 adults, a 5 year old and an 7 month old, all of us slept comfortably. It’s right down the road from everything!

This updated condo was the perfect setting. Steps from the beach and in walking distance from some of a favorite places which was super nice as we weren’t looking for parking. Highly recommend.

Just what I needed
I took a solo trip to St. Augustine and stayed at this property. It was everything I had hoped for and expected after reviewing the listing. The condo itself was just like the pictures and very clean. Only downside was not having access to the beach items so I had to go out and buy an expensive chair for a 4 night stay. Other than that, the condo was quiet and peaceful with a very short walk to the beach. Made my solo trip very enjoyable and relaxing. I would recommend and also stay here again in the future.

Top of the Line Beach Rental
This is our second time renting this perfectly appointed and well situated property. Go to sleep listening to the water, wake up to have a walk or a run on the amazing beach. Walking distance from everything and a short hop to downtown and the park. Magical spot. Can’t wait to return

We loved the location and easy beach access. The condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. It was very quiet and peaceful, and we loved the balcony and views of the beach. It was just a short walk through the dunes to get there. The property managers were available 24/7 and when we called after hours the young woman was very helpful and pleasant. Will definitely go again.

Beautiful condo, perfect location
We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! It was so nice being able to walk right out to the beach every day, and we were fortunate enough to have beautiful weather our entire stay. It was also nice being able to walk to grab coffee in the morning as well as being within walking distance of several restaurants and ICE CREAM - our favorite! The condo was clean, had a comfy bed in the master (no one slept in the guest room, so I can't speak for that bed), had more than enough space for the two of us, and was well stocked with bathroom and beach towels. The lock was a little wonky if you didn't pull the door shut tightly when you locked/unlocked it from the outside, and while it isn't a ground floor unit, a lock on and/or a dowel rod for the sliding door. I would absolutely recommend this condo, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location
This was a beautiful condo unit that had a view of the ocean. You could hear the waves at night. Convenient location to all the stores (grocery, pharmacy, etc.) and a 15 minute drive to the historic area.
