take number for 3 person. last in booking. Dirty room dirty towels on the bed as if someone was sleeping. There was no water and there were dirty glasses someone drank from them.

The whole place needs a major upgrade. From leaking showers to power outlets coming off the wall. Furniture from 80’ and overall cleaningness.

This hotel is really old and our room also smelled really bad and was old. There are some better rooms but we were "lucky" to get old one. Breakfast average.

It was very very dirty, beds are broken, belongings from a previous clients were still in the room. All night long it was very loud, you can hear highway. After this experience you do want to get in disinfection.

Good location to stay if you travel to Krakow or Zakopane, easy access, 24 hour reception. Good breakfast.

Room was outdated with old furniture, not very clean. Also it was very noisy as there was an event in the restaurant with loud music till 2 a.m.

Noice because of party till 2am. And it was not weekend event, we arrived on tuesday. We could not have rest we needed.

the hotel allows organize weddings and anniversaries when other hotel customers are there. it's impossible to sleep because it feels like you're in a club. on the second night we asked to be given another room. it was not very clean and ants were crawling everywhere . we canceled our reservation earlier, the hotel staff promised to refund the money the next day, but they haven't for 3 weeks.

We have got a room near kinder playground. We can not sleep at night, because the noise was till 4 a.m.! Old room, needs renovation. We ordered dinner and had to eat it in the checkroom! Never come back here again.
