All the staff were well behaved. Lation was good with excellent view. Breakfast was good. Well maintained property. Room was large enough with all necessary amenities.

There was some problem of water logging in the washroom.

Attitude of staff was very bad and breakfast was waste of money.

Breakfast was ok. Rest other room service items were ok too.

Room was small sized and felt old. Needs renovation. No provision for drivers to stay onsite. Had to pay Rs. 2000 per night for the driver in near by accommodation.

Not sure about the reason but all of us had stomach ache and vomiting issues after staying for 2 nights and had to return back home in between as we had 3rd night booked at another hotel but were not in a position to move to other hotel.

I like every thing about the property!! Except the front office manager ! He must be replaced immediately. He argued instead of apology, he forgot he works for a Servive industry. I personally will never recommend or visit again. all other staff …. in fact the person doing internship was well mannered.

At the time of check in the person who was there at the counter misbehaved & is not at all curtious.
