staff & hospitality were excellent to us.

price is ok and I never had major issues but I have had issues.

the location while being close to where you want to walk to the area is kinda trashy. this is not the hotel’s fault but you do get harassed by beggars and the motorcycle men constantly. I have stayed for years but the rooms are out dated. the wifi is not strong all over and some rooms the a/c is really dated. the water coming out the pipes also have to be run for a few minutes before you use them and it has a smell. this trip the restaurant which is managed separately from the hotel was not fully stocked many items unavailable for the 5 days we stayed.

Everthing was very adequate.. Check in to check out.

There is always room for improvement.

They In this hotel they hide prices in the rate, they put it in small letters at the end... they tell you it's so much and when you check in they charge you more than what is established... I've been to many places using booking.com and it's the first time that it happens to me... I think it's a bad practice, also no wiffi

for the area it’s in it’s pretty clean and the staff were nice

shower didn’t work properly barely any water coming out, no cleaning supplies to do dishes or kitchen towels

On my trip October 3rd-6th. HOTEL EUROPA WAS VERY EFFICIENT IN ACCESS TO MY LEISURELY ENDEAVORS. I FELT SAFE! THE YOUNG LADIES @ THE BAR WERE VERY ACOMODATING.

I DIDNT LIKE THE FACT THAT THUS HOTEL HAD NO FACE CLOTHES. ALSO I NEEDED FRESH TOWELS. I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK @ 4AM, @ND WAS TOLD MY TOLD WERE CHANGED THE PREVIOUS DAY,@ND THE PERSONAL WHO CHANGES WONT BE IN TIL' 9!💁💁💁💁.
